First, the guiding ideology

Our school's teaching and research work is guided by the scientific development concept and the "National Education Science "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" Essentials, with the spirit of the Municipal Education Bureau and the Principal's Office as the yardstick, and to create a school culture centered on educational reform and academic research. Based on the classroom to carry out effective teaching research, guide the teachers to take the road of "learning, practice, reflection, writing" teaching and research, continuously improve the level of teaching and research, and promote the sustainable development of the school.

Second, the work objectives

1. Focus on the writing of research topics, teaching papers, cases, etc., promote the professional growth of teachers, and give full play to the leading role of teaching and research in education and teaching.

2. Engage experts to carry out various forms of literary lectures and exchanges, promote the construction of literary societies, and use fables literary creation as the main position, actively recommend students to participate in various literary competitions at all levels, join literary organizations at all levels, and gradually develop literature. Form a large language pattern.

3. Successfully published the ninth and tenth issues of "Red Flag Reality", recommending outstanding works to newspapers and magazines at the municipal level and above, and improving students' enthusiasm for writing.

4. Efforts to develop a group of literature lovers in the teaching staff, recommend to join various types of literary organizations at or above the municipal level, improve writing ability and guidance level, and provide favorable human resources protection for the sustainable development of literary creation in our school.

Third, the main work

Taking subject research as a starting point and deepening curriculum reform

1. Strengthen the standardization of teaching and research work, members of the refined management team, and actively write phased results; try to hire experts to carry out planning guidance on the topic research, process research and final report writing, and the necessary teaching and research Knowledge training to improve the effectiveness of research on topics.

2. Taking the opportunity of our school to be awarded the “National Chinese Learning Strategy Research Project Experimental Base School” by the Chinese Language Education Professional Committee of the Chinese Education Society, we will strive to carry out the national “Eleventh Five-Year” key project “Learning Learning Strategy Research” sub-project. The experiment of the study of life-oriented strategies for the teaching of small and medium-sized writings, actively explore and conscientiously consolidate the staged results; carry out research work on the project of Rui'an municipal level, including Xu Na, Zheng Xiuxiu, Lin Rong, Dong Xiubo, Wu Xiaofeng and Sun Shengguang. Responsible for 6 projects in 2019, one of the XX year project projects under the responsibility of Mr. Chen Lijing and two XX project projects under the supervision of Cao Qifu and Lin Xinya.

3. Advocate teachers to read education and teaching monographs, pay attention to theoretical study, actively write educational teaching papers, cases and essays published on the campus network, participate in various levels of evaluation and submission, especially in the 2019 excellent teaching papers of Ruian City. Recommend work, use the level to improve the theory and practice of teachers, and build a community of teaching and research.

Taking the construction of literary society as an opportunity to form a large language pattern

1. In order to cultivate students' sentiment and improve literary literacy, we will strengthen the construction of Qingshui Xiaohe Literature Society and continue to hire Ruian Writers Association, Ruian Children's Literature Society, Wenzhou Writers Association, Wenzhou Children's Literature Society, and Chinese Fable Literature. Research leaders and famous domestic writers came to the school to guide literature work and gradually improve the quality of composition teaching.

2. Taking the construction of “Sui'an Top Ten Campus Literary Creation Base” as an opportunity, with the creation of fable literature as the main position, recommend excellent works to participate in the “Tonglu Cup” Zhang Heming's Drama Fable Awards, the second national “doing” Cup "Campus Literature Grand Prix and other city-level literary competitions, outstanding students recommended to join the China Fables Literature Research Association and other students to become a student member, mobilize students' writing enthusiasm, improve writing level, and steadily improve the performance of essays.

3. Taking the literary society as the main body, actively carry out various forms of lectures, essays and outings, encourage guidance, broaden the life experience of students, and lay a solid foundation for writing.

4. Strive to develop a group of literary enthusiasts in the teaching staff, set up a teacher writing group, recommend to join the Ruian City Writers Association, Ruian City Children's Literature Society, China Children's Literature Research Association and other advanced literary organizations to strengthen communication and improve writing skills. And the level of guidance provides a favorable human resource guarantee for the sustainable development of literary creation in our school.

5. With the well-known domestic publications such as "Selected Works of Awards" and "Fairy Tale Fables" as the platform, we will strive to launch the school album and gradually launch the brand of "Shuishui Xiaohe Literature Society".

Using the "Red Flag Reality" as a carrier to build a publishing platform

1. With the teacher as the window, encourage students to actively write essays, and press the quality of the "Hongqi Shixiaobao" on the ninth and tenth issues, and recommend excellent works in "Yu Hai", "New Composition", "Fable Story", etc. The publication of official publications enhances students' interest in writing and enhances writing confidence.

2. Actively participate in the selection of excellent school newspapers and magazines organized by higher authorities to expand the influence.
