Underground passenger transport vehicle safety management system

The underground pick-up person is the main commuter tool for the mine to transport personnel to the underground. To ensure the safety of personnel and the safety of driving, the management system is specially formulated.

1. Transportation safety management regulations:

1. All drivers of pick-up and drop-off vehicles must be trained by relevant departments and obtain a “Motor Vehicle Driving License”.

2. Carry out transportation operations in strict accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of national road traffic safety and the requirements for safe operating procedures for motor vehicles in the factory.

3. It is strictly forbidden to drive after drunk driving, fatigue driving, and illegal driving.

4. It is strictly forbidden to transport the vehicle “with disease”. It is necessary to check and repair the vehicle in time to ensure that the vehicle is in good condition.

5. All underground vehicles must install and use exhaust gas purification devices to reduce the pollution of exhaust gas to downhole air.

6. The driver's cab is seated according to the specified number of passengers. It is strictly forbidden to exceed the staff.

7. The pick-up personnel will wait for the trainees to take the train outside the check-in room. For each train, when entering and exiting the well, the person in charge of the shift must temporarily determine a responsible person, who is responsible for the orderly entry of the well-incorporated personnel. Close the back door of the car to inform the driver to drive, and prohibit overcrowding.

7. Due to the limited underground environment, the maximum speed of the vehicle should not exceed 20 kilometers per hour. When passing through intersections, corners, poor road conditions, and dark lighting, it must be slowed down and the number is reminded.

8. When encountering pedestrians while driving downhole, they should stop at 10 meters away from each other. They must adhere to the principle of “first pass, then drive”; when the vehicle walks up and down the walkway, the pedestrian should be reminded to remind the pedestrian to avoid it.

9. When driving downhill, drive slowly. It is strictly forbidden to slide in the neutral position. When going up and down, it is necessary to select the appropriate gear according to the condition of the vehicle and the slope. It is strictly forbidden to change the gear during the steep slope driving.

10. During the running of the vehicle, a certain safety distance should be maintained between the two vehicles to prevent collision.

11. The underground pick-up and drop-off vehicles, except for fueling and maintenance, can leave, and they are not allowed to leave the designated parking area at other times; if there are special circumstances, they must be approved by the deputy manager or the supervisor of the workshop.

12. All vehicles must be equipped with a 3 kg dry powder fire extinguisher.

Second, the vehicle inspection system

1. Inspection contents: brake, direction, engine, tire, lighting, instrument, electrical circuit and other components.

2. Inspection regulations:

The driver should routinely check the safety performance of the vehicle before driving to ensure that the vehicle is safe and reliable before driving.

The driver of the vehicle conducts a comprehensive inspection, repair and maintenance of the vehicle every ten days to ensure good condition and record

The deputy manager of the branch company and the supervisor of the workshop shall respond to the safety inspection of the vehicles of the pick-up personnel under the jurisdiction of not less than two times each month. It is found that there are potential safety hazards and should be handled in time, and the inspection records should be made.

The branch security department will inspect the safe operation of the unit's pick-up and drop-off vehicles from time to time, and make inspection records.

The problems and safety hazards detected shall be dealt with and rectified in a timely manner. If any major safety hazards are found, they shall be ordered to stop operation.

Those who fail to rectify the violation of transportation regulations and hidden dangers shall be punished according to relevant regulations.

The branch security department must establish a safety inspection record file for the underground pick-up and drop-off vehicles, and archive the inspection records of the deputy manager of the equipment, the supervisor of the workshop, the safety department, and the driver every month.

Third, accountability

1. The vehicle was found to be overspeeded to provide safety education to the driver and fined 200 yuan; if the circumstances were serious, the branch office should immediately replace the driver.

2. It is found that the vehicle overload is punishing 300 yuan for the shift manager and 100 yuan for the person in charge of the follow-up.

3. If the driver is drunk driving and the vehicle is seriously sick, he should immediately order to stop driving and replace the driver; if an accident occurs, the driver and related responsible person should be investigated for the accident.

4. According to the requirements of the safety inspection regulations, if there is any situation where the supervision is not in place, the inspection is not in place, and there is no inspection record, the relevant person in charge shall be punished by 500 yuan.
