Many people agree to the interview without giving any explanation and not attending the interview. This kind of behavior has seriously affected the interview work organized by the company. I think that for this part of the students who do not attend the interview for no reason, there are a few things that are not enough or not appropriate. First, the integrity is not enough. Since it has been promised, there should be no special circumstances, it should be fulfilled, this is the basic quality of being a man; the second is the lack of etiquette, it is entirely possible to not participate in the interview, the problem is at least to the company phone, "come not to indecent assault "The third is not enough to grasp the opportunity." If you have more than one interview opportunity, you will have more opportunities for employment development. If you don’t try it, you will lose many opportunities. The above situation may be related to the adverse effects of some companies' misconduct in the recruitment process on the candidates. However, as a candidate, to improve the chances of successful recruitment, you must find reasons for yourself and strive to improve your own quality. It’s not helpful to blame everyone. I hope that both the recruitment and the applicants can establish a good reputation and reduce unnecessary troubles on both sides.
