Once upon a time, in a land far away, there was a great man named Noah. He was a wise and just man who loved God and kept all of God's commandments. Noah immediately began to prepare for the coming flood. He built an enormous boat, which he named the "Noah's Ark," and prepared to take his family and a few select animals with him. He collected all of the food and supplies they would need during the journey, and then waited for the flood to come.

One day, as they were all sitting on the top of the Ark, watching the mountains turn into water, Noah prayed to God and asked Him why He was doing this to them. He cried out, "What have we done to deserve this?" But God replied to Noah, "It is not your fault, my son. This is My plan, and it will be done."

The flood lasted for four hundred days. But at the end of that time, when all hope seemed lost, the sun came out and the rain stopped. The waters began to recede, and finally, the Ark came to rest on a mountain top. When they all emerged from the Ark, they found that everything they had ever known had been washed away. But they were alive, and they were safe in the Ark with God.

And so, God saved Noah and his family and the animals with them, along with a few other people who obeyed God's commandments and trusted in Him for their salvation. They were the only ones who survived the great flood, and they were the beginning of a new world.
