泡椒炒牛肉英文做法作文:

Ingredients:
1 pound lean beef, sliced thinly
1 tablespoon cooking oil
3 scallions, sliced finely
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon white pepper
1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce or to taste
1 red pepper, deseeded and sliced into strips
1 cup boiled water or as needed
30 pickled peppers (salted and preserved green peppers), chopped finely
3 tablespoons oyster sauce
Procedure:
1. Cut the beef into small pieces. Heat a wok over medium heat, add the oil and swirl to coat the wok. Add the scallions and stir fry for a few seconds.
2. Add the sugar, white vinegar, salt, white pepper, hot pepper sauce, red pepper and boiled water. Stir fry for a few minutes until the sugar is dissolved and the liquid is slightly reduced.
3. Add the chopped pickled peppers and oyster sauce, stir fry for another minute or so. Then add the beef and stir fry until the beef is cooked and evenly coated with the seasoning.
4. Serve immediately with rice or other side dishes.
Note: Adjust the seasoning according to your taste and adjust the amount of sugar and vinegar to achieve a balance between sweet and sour. If you prefer less spiciness, you can reduce or eliminate the hot pepper sauce.
