故事標題：The Little Match Girl

Once upon a time, there was a little girl who loved to go out and play with matches. She would strike them against the side of her house, watching in delight as they sparked and burned. She had a wonderful imagination and could see all sorts of things with the small flames.

One cold winter day, the little girl was walking through the snow with her matches, trying to make a snowman. As she struck a match, she saw something she hadn't seen before - a dark shadow standing on the other side of the street.

The shadow moved towards her and she panicked, afraid that it might be a monster. But as she held up her last match, she saw that it was an old man, shivering in the cold. She walked over to him and handed him the match, then she helped him to build a fire in the nearby snowbank.

From then on, the little match girl was known as a kind and brave girl who could see beyond the surface of things. She realized that everyone was deserving of kindness and compassion, no matter what their situation was.

And so, every winter, she would walk through the snow with her matches, ready to help anyone who needed a little warmth and comfort.
