The rabbit was very surprised and disappointed. He decided to try his best to catch up with the tortoise. But it was too late. The tortoise had already reached the finish line, and the race was over.

The moral of the story is that slow and steady wins the race. It's important to stay focused and work hard to achieve our goals, no matter how big or small they may be.
