I really like the work of the famous modern Chinese writer Shu Qingchun. Taking advantage of the free time of the summer vacation, I read the "Camel Xiangzi" with great interest. After watching it, I thought about it and I felt a lot.

The story of "Camel Xiangzi" took place in the 20th century, when it was the dark, chaotic, and devastating era of modern Chinese history. Xiangzi lost confidence in society and eventually suffered a tragic experience.

The novel truly reveals the sorrow and destiny of the lower-level people of the semi-colonial and semi-feudal Chinese society. I must not sigh for the fate of Xiangzi. His encounters and fates are not only personal tragedies, but also tragedies of the times and society. However, this tragedy is caused by the social living environment in which he is placed. The face of life in that society shows the ugly face of warlords, secret agents, and car owners. It is also reality, cruelty, sorrow, and helplessness.

Ideals and reality are always full of contradictions. They often cannot be reconciled, yet they exist at the same time. Society is a reality, it will not change for one's ideals, nor will it be perfect. I have to say that although the current society is based on the people-oriented banner, it is not such a human nature. Although it was not the old society at the time, it was also a society of weak meat.
