We love to learn

Every morning, we came to the campus in the morning sun. The sun reflected our faces. We sat in the classroom. The teacher's voice was like a sunshine that warmed our hearts. We love to learn because we know a truth. Only by mastering the knowledge of science and culture can we grow up to be a useful person to society.

Confucius said: "The person who knows is not as good as the one who is good, the one who is good is not as good as the one who is happy." When we first went to school, we were still students who didn’t recognize many words. Later, the teacher taught us a lot of knowledge. I also often choose some extracurricular books for us to read. A good extracurricular book, like a gleaming key, opens the door to knowledge for us. Reading, let us know the glory and humiliation of China, and understand the mysterious pyramids of Egypt and the splendid civilization of Babylon.

Reading has broadened our horizons, and reading has taught us the truth of being a man. "Kong Rong Jean Pear" and "Education of Love" have made us understand love and humility; "Heidi" and "Secret Garden" have made us aware of optimism; "Chalets on the Prairie" and "Robinson Crusoe Let us learn to be brave and strong... We are growing up happily in reading, and we are constantly advancing in our studies.

Through reading, I slowly liked writing. Last year, my poem "Small Wild Flowers" was published in the "Shenzhen Youth Daily". Many students in the class also published works in the newspapers.

The book opens the window of our hearts and teaches us to be kind, courageous, upright, and uplifting. The book broadens our horizons and allows us to see a broader world.

Nowadays, the learning atmosphere of our class has become more and more intense. We have also established a “book team”, and each classmate has joined the team that loves to read and love learning.
