We do things for people and people, we must pay attention to integrity, that is, honesty and trustworthiness. "The gentleman said that it is difficult to chase after the horse." This ancient saying is that once a person makes a promise under the state of reason, he must faithfully fulfill his promise.

It has already been integrated into the blood of our nation. Nowadays, the word integrity has grown from small to large in all aspects of life.

Around us, we often see some irresponsible behavior. For example, the promise of others is not fulfilled; it is clearly within the scope of their duties, but they shirk their responsibilities or blame others; in order to achieve their own purposes, they do whatever they can to harm the interests of others; they do not cherish their own personalities. Do things speculatively; and so on. Heine said: "Life cannot open brilliant flowers from lies." Perfunctory things, falsification, do bad things, and do nothing big.

"People don't believe, they don't know what they can." The meaning of this sentence in The Analects is that people don't talk about credit, and I don't know how he can live. Life experience tells us that people who are not honest can deceive others, but they cannot deceive themselves. Once they are identified, it is difficult for them to gain a foothold in society. The result is both hurting others and hurting themselves. To be honest, to believe in words, to gain the trust of others, is also the sublimation of their own morality. Therefore, there is a letter and a promise.

Of course, honesty is not to tell the truth. In certain situations, sometimes we need to hide some truths about things and say "good faith lies" but this is not because of personal "private benefits", but precisely maintenance The needs of the other party's interests. "A patient with advanced cancer is about to come to an end, but she doesn't know what her illness is. The doctor who said the doctor said: 'Your illness is not serious. If you have confidence, you can cure it.' "The core of integrity is good. As long as we correctly understand the principle of good faith, we can have the wisdom of integrity...
