The taste of happiness is sweet.

The winter sky is always very late. I have to go to school early in the family, but I like to go to bed, but it makes the morning of Monday more hurried and short. But even then, I still have breakfast every Monday morning. Perhaps because of the different tastes, I don't like to eat greasy fire, fritters, etc. in the morning, so I can't buy my favorite breakfast on the street. So my mother took up the task of making breakfast for me.

"Brown sugar eggs" This is my favorite food, and is the most common thing my mother does. It's also very simple: cook the eggs in the open water and add a little brown sugar to the pan before mixing. But even if it is so simple, there is always a way for mothers to make it extraordinary. Every time I make a brown sugar egg, my mother will always put it in the incubator and stuff it into my arms, let me eat on the road.

Sitting in the car, the small insulation box reveals a great warmth, which makes me forget the cold winter. Open the incubator, white jade-like eggs floating on the ginger soup, a hot air instantly fogging my glasses, the surrounding has become illusory, but the heart can see clearly.

Gently pick up an egg and bite it down. The slightly sweet taste encroaches on my entire mouth and drives straight into the heart. The egg yellow heart that is not completely ripe is like a sticky syrup that generally flows down the spoon. Whenever this happens, I will always rush to eat a second mouth, for fear of wasting a little. On Monday morning, I always eat very full, very thorough, and I won't even have a drop of soup. Because I know that my breakfast is not only brown sugar eggs, but also happy.

My mother's brown sugar egg is my happiness, and the happiness is the faint sweetness.
