Development of members.

1. The organizing committee determines the development quota according to the group's activist training plan submitted by each branch, and allocates it to the organs and directly affiliated units.

2. According to the development quota, the organs and subordinate units shall determine the candidates for development among the active members of the group. Before determining the target of development, the Youth League should pay attention to the opinions of the party branch. The candidates for development should conduct democratic evaluations among all the official members, and discuss the comprehensive measurement by the Youth League Committee or the Youth League Committee to determine whether they are listed as candidates for development, form a resolution, and report to the Youth League Committee. 3. The development object fills in the "Participation Volunteer Book". Under the guidance of the introducer of the group, the "Participation Volunteer Book" must be completed by me. 4. Hold a branch meeting for discussion and approval. The reception of new members must be discussed and approved by the branch meeting. The opening ceremony of the branch meeting is: First, the development target himself reports on the natural situation of the individual, the understanding of the group organization, the volunteering of the group, the family members, and the main social relations. Introducing the group introduces the development ideas, work and political review. Then, the members of the meeting will fully express their opinions, affirm the achievements, and propose shortcomings and future efforts. After that, the development object himself withdraws, and all members of the group vote on whether or not to agree to the development target, and form a branch conference resolution according to the principle of minority obeying the majority. The branch secretary fills in the branch resolution, signature and seal. The branch will report to the organizing committee of the organizing committee, the application materials and other materials for the development of the new members.

5. The organizing committee of the organ shall, in accordance with the resolutions of the development plan and the Communist Youth League branch, convene the approval of the organizing committee. 6. Hold a group oath. After the application is approved, the group must be sworn in for the group flag. The oath of entry is generally organized by the organizing committee.
