Recently, I am honored to participate in the in-depth study of the implementation of the Scientific Outlook on Development organized by the Party Branch of the Project. Through studying some of the literature in this area, I feel profound after school. I feel that our party has profoundly summarized the experience of China's modernization construction and put forward the concept of scientific development concept. The first priority of the scientific concept of development is development. Improving the ability of independent innovation is the driving force for promoting long-term stable and rapid development of railway construction and production, and is an important support for building a national first-class engineering bureau. As an engineering and technical personnel at the forefront of the construction of the project department, studying and implementing the scientific development concept means making a contribution to the implementation of the strategy of developing the enterprise through science and technology, the strategy of developing talents, and striving to build an innovative enterprise. The core of the scientific concept of development is people-oriented. This is because our party comes from the people, rooted in the people, and serves the people. Under any circumstance, the position of sharing the fate with the people of the people cannot be changed. The purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly cannot be forgotten. The historical materialism that firmly believes that the people are real heroes cannot be changed. To this end, I must maintain a modest, cautious, and arrogant style in my own job position in strengthening my engineering management; establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life, values, interests, and care and support the project department. New employees, helping new employees while constantly improving their self-cultivation and business level, are committed to serving the people wholeheartedly and helping the project leaders to do their jobs.

Adhering to the scientific concept of development is a concrete manifestation of promoting the coordinated development of socialist material, political, and spiritual civilizations and building socialism with Chinese characteristics. I know that sometimes because of the need to go to the scene frequently, the on-site construction is relatively tight, and it is more focused on business work. The political aspect needs to be grasped. Therefore, as a front-line employee of the project department, we must have a broad vision. We must carry out scientific and technological management, but also care about political learning, actively participate in the construction of spiritual civilization of the project, and make ourselves comprehensive and coordinated development, and act as a party activist. The role it should have.

In my studies, I also profoundly realized that an important aspect of implementing the scientific development concept in depth is to build a socialist harmonious society, and building a socialist harmonious society is a continuous process of continuously resolving social contradictions. At present, large enterprises and small engineering projects departments will have some contradictions that need to be solved constantly in the development process. As an engineering and technical personnel, I should unswervingly adhere to the direction of reform and development.
