⑶大便槽蹲位整潔，兩側無糞便污物，槽內無積糞；小便槽無水銹、尿垢、垃圾，溝眼、管道保持暢通。
⑷公廁內牆面無亂塗亂畫，地面整潔、無積水，衛生保潔質量應在控制指標內，公廁外牆面整潔，環境整潔衛生，保潔工具放置整齊。
⑤公廁全天保潔做到“四沖四掃”作業標準，廁內無明顯異味，無蠅蛆。
⑹貯糞池糞便轉運及時，無外溢。
⑺糞便運輸車輛整潔，車體無糞跡污物。
⑻糞便運輸過程中封閉嚴密，無滴漏灑落。
⑼糞便運輸按指定地點傾倒，無任意排放、私自變賣糞便。
⒋環衛設施設備設定
⑴公共廁所符合《城鎮環境衛生設施設定標準》要求，布局合理，數量足夠。
⑵公廁設定居住用地設定為3—5座/km2，每500—800米設定一座；主、次幹路每500—800米設定一座。
⑶城市主次幹道、行人交通量大的道路沿線、公共汽車首末站、汽車客運站、火車站、機場、碼頭、旅遊景點所設定的公廁不低於二類標準。
⑷水沖式公廁普及率≥90%。二類以上公廁≥10%，獨立式便器公廁≥5%。
⑸垃圾中轉站符合《城鎮環境衛生設施設定標準》要求，服務半徑不超過0.8公里，布局合理，數量足夠。
⑹應在新建、擴建的居住區設定垃圾中轉站，並與居住區同步規劃、同步建設和同時投入使用。
⑺果皮箱符合《城鎮環境衛生設施設定標準》要求，設定間距為：商業街道為50—100米，主次幹道為100—200米，支路為200—400米。果皮箱設定應為雙向設定。
⑻城市公交候車亭應設定果殼箱。
⑼垃圾、糞便收集、運輸車輛及道路清掃、清洗車輛等城市環境衛生專用車輛配置為2.5台/萬人。
⑽生活垃圾、糞便處理場建設符合《生活垃圾衛生填埋技術規範》、《糞便無害化衛生標準》及國家有關法律法規、標準要求。
⑾生活垃圾、糞便處理場設備基本配套，保證運轉正常。
⑿生活垃圾、糞便處理場有專人管理，有工作用房。
⒀處理場區內外環境整潔衛生，地面、通道無散亂垃圾，無溢流污水，定期消殺，基本無蠅，衛生達標。
⒁生活垃圾進出場、生產、衛生監測評價記錄完整，資料定期進行收集、整理、歸檔。
⒂處理場場區生產作業機械設備、儀表、儀器完好率達95%。
⒃生活垃圾場有垃圾檢驗措施，能有效控制有害垃圾進場，場內分區、分單元作業，滲瀝液處理後出水監測數據全部達標或進入城市污水廠處理。
⒄糞便處理在密閉狀態下進行，糞便不裸露，臭氣不擴散。
⒅生活垃圾分揀車間、垃圾堆肥處理廠正常運行，生活垃圾和糞便無害化處理率分別達到90%和100%。
⒆場內綠化管養及時，無枯死、無缺株。
建築垃圾管理
1、清運建築垃圾車輛無沿途拋灑、不帶泥上路污染路面。
2、局管區域無私拉亂倒建築垃圾的。
3、規劃區內非局管區域無私拉亂倒建築垃圾的。
生活垃圾管理
局主管的許南路、許禹路、文峰路、外環路內夜間無生活垃圾亂倒現象。
