_________ Personnel agency station and entrusting unit _________, the agreement is signed as follows:

1. Party A accepts the entrustment of Party B and provides its agents with comprehensive services in personnel management. As the person in charge of the agent.

2. Party A provides the following services:

1. Handling the procedures for receiving graduates and personnel transfer for Party B;

2. Responsible for the receipt and registration of the files of the agent;

3. Manage the personnel files and personnel relations of the agent, and handle the settlement procedures for them, and issue documentary proof materials;

4. Responsible for the procedures for transferring the file and personnel relations back to the _________ Provincial Talent Center after Party B and the agent have released the contract;

5. Adjust the file salary and calculate the working age according to relevant policies and regulations;

6. Handling the relevant qualification examinations, job title declaration and other procedures;

7. Responsible for the attestation of the contract between Party B and the agent.

Third, Party B's rights and obligations:

1. Responsible for the daily management and assessment of the agent;

2. Responsible for paying the wages and labor protection expenses of the agent;

3. Establish social insurance for the agent and pay the expenses incurred by the unit;

4. After the expiration of the contract with the agent, if both parties agree to renew the contract, Party A shall go to Party A to complete the relevant procedures for renewal of the contract 30 days in advance. If the parties do not apply for renewal after the expiration of the contract, the contract is deemed terminated.

5. After the contract is terminated by the agent, the contract cancellation procedure shall be submitted to Party A for the record.
