7. Obligations of the employed party:

2. Comply with the employment system of the employer and the management regulations of foreign experts, accept the work arrangement, business guidance, inspection and evaluation of the employer. Without the consent of the employer, you may not concurrently engage in other services unrelated to the employer.

3. Complete work tasks on time to ensure the quality of work.

4. Comply with China's religious policy and do not engage in activities that are incompatible with the status of experts.

5. Comply with the ethics and customs of the Chinese people.

8. Change, dissolution and termination of the contract:

1. Both parties shall abide by the contract and neither party may change, terminate or terminate the contract without the unanimous consent of both parties.

2. The contract may be changed, terminated and terminated after mutual agreement between the parties. The contract should still be strictly implemented until an agreement is reached.

3. Engaged in the following conditions, the right to notify the employer in writing to cancel the contract:

9. This contract shall become effective on the date of signature by both parties and shall lapse upon expiration of the contract. The parties requesting the signing of a new contract must be submitted to the other party 90 days before the expiration of this contract, and a new contract will be signed upon mutual agreement. After the expiration of the contract of the employed party, all expenses during the stay in China shall be taken care of by themselves.

X. Arbitration:

When disputes arise between the parties, they shall be resolved through consultation or mediation as much as possible. If the negotiation or mediation is invalid, the foreign cultural and educational special affairs bureau established by the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs may apply for arbitration.

Subsidiary File 1: Teacher Responsibilities

1. The employed teacher should be able to take on all the courses that the center has arranged for him, and at the same time ensure that the quality of the lectures is continuously improved.

2. Teachers are required to follow the weekly schedule of the center. The class time is about 20 sessions per week, but it can be increased as appropriate, subject to the availability of students and the number of classes already offered.

Third, the teacher should be able to undertake all the courses for one semester, should participate in the teaching discussion meeting, if necessary, should prepare small quizzes and test papers, should be subject to temporary change arrangements.

4. Teachers can only take vacations during the semester and during the holidays.

5. Teachers may not work outside, except with the prior consent of the director of the center.
