In order to establish a mechanism for determining the internal distribution of enterprises in line with the socialist market economy, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of both parties, and promote the harmonious and stable labor relations. According to the "Labor Law of the People's Republic of China", "Trial Measures for Collective Negotiation of Wages" and relevant laws and regulations, both parties shall reach the following agreement on the principle of equality, voluntariness and consensus:
Article 1 Both Party A and Party B shall follow the principles of equality, voluntariness, and consensus, equal labor rights and obligations, abide by national laws and regulations, maintain normal working order, and maintain harmony and stability.
Article 2 The wage terms established in this Agreement shall be valid for all employees of the Company. The relevant provisions of the labor contract signed by the employee and the company shall not be lower than the standards set by this Agreement.
Article 3 This Agreement shall be from the date of entry into force in accordance with the law until _________ years _________ months _________ days.
Article 4 The company implements the _________ wage system.
Article 5 The monthly salary of the company's employees shall not be lower than the minimum wage for the year announced by the _________ municipal government.
Article 6 The company implements a monthly salary payment system. The employee's salary is paid in RMB and is paid once a month. The wage payment agreement date is monthly-day. In the event of a rest day, wages can be paid in advance or postponed.
Article 7 The calculation standard for employees' overtime pay is based on their own salary standards.
Pay 150%, 200%, and 300% of the wages for overtime on weekdays, rest days, and legal holidays.
Article 8: Employees' sick leave and leave payment method ____________.

Article 10 According to the annual salary guideline announced by the government and the average salary level of the employees of the enterprise in the previous year, and the production and operation efficiency of the enterprise, the employee's salary increase of _________% is determined through negotiation. The specific method for employees to increase their wages is _________.
Article 11 Every year _________ months is the collective negotiation between Party A and Party B to determine the time of the next year's salary agreement. Before the negotiation, the representative of the enterprise shall inform the trade union representative of the business situation and salary implementation of the company in the previous year.
Article 12 This Agreement is equally binding on the company and all employees. Both parties must fully implement the provisions of this Agreement. No party may change or terminate this Agreement without authorization.
Article 13 Party A shall not deduct or owe Party B's salary unreasonably. Otherwise, in addition to paying Party B's salary in full within the prescribed time, it shall also pay an economic compensation equivalent to 25% of the employee's salary.
Article 14 If Party B violates the relevant regulations and causes direct economic losses to Party A's production, operation and work, it shall be liable for compensation for losses.
Article 15 The expiration of this Agreement shall terminate on its own. Force majeure factors occur during the performance of the agreement and may be terminated early by mutual agreement.
Article 16 Each of the four parties in this Agreement shall hold one copy, and the labor administrative department and the General Labor Union shall each hold one copy.
