In view of the needs of Party A's business development, Party B is engaged in providing labor services for _______________ Co., Ltd., and the formal "Labor Employment Contract" is negotiated by both parties as follows:

First, the contract period

If required by both parties, the labor contract may be renewed one month before the expiration of the contract. If the contract period is full, the parties will not renew the contract, but the relevant work and business of the employee is not finished, the contract should be postponed until the end of the relevant work.

2. Obligations and responsibilities of both Party A and Party B

Article 2 Party B agrees to undertake the work of _______________________ according to the needs of Party A's work.

Article 3 The work of Party B shall meet the requirements of Party A for the duties of the post and the standards for Party A's special provisions for the post.

Article 8 All kinds of social labor insurance fees and Party B's files paid in accordance with relevant state regulations shall be kept and paid by Party B's original units.

Article 9 Party B shall strictly abide by the additional clauses of this contract.

Third, labor compensation

Article 10 Party A shall pay Party B's labor remuneration in the form of currency before the 11th of each month, the standard is _______ yuan/month or according to the standard amount set by the board of directors.

Party B's labor remuneration during the trial period is 80%-90% after the reconciliation or the parties agree. Other agreements between Party A and Party B on labor remuneration __________________________. Party A has the right to deduct the corresponding remuneration of Party B in the following circumstances: 1. Because Party B The fault of the company caused economic losses to Party A; 2. Party B violated the company's management system; 3. Other circumstances agreed by the parties.

Fourth, the termination and termination of the contract

Article 11 If the contract expires without renewal, it shall be deemed that the Labor Contract is terminated by itself, and both parties shall go through relevant formalities in a timely manner.

Article 12 This Agreement may be dissolved by mutual agreement between Party A and Party B.

Article 13 Party B may, in one of the following circumstances, Party A may terminate this contract:

During the trial period, it is proved that it does not meet the conditions of employment;

Seriously violating the relevant provisions of Party A and deducting the labor contract in accordance with this contract;

Serious dereliction of duty, malpractice, and serious damage to the interests of Party A;

Being investigated for criminal responsibility according to law.

5. Other contents agreed by both parties

Article 14 Both Party A and Party B agree that this contract adds the following:

Party B is obliged to provide Party A with true personal information and relevant certificates, and truthfully fill out the "Labor Registration Form", otherwise Party A has the right to terminate this contract at any time and does not provide financial compensation.

Party A has the right to modify and improve the relevant regulations of the company. The revised content is equally valid for this contract.

Party A may adjust Party B's job responsibilities and scope of work as needed during the validity period of the contract, and labor remuneration and other matters will be adjusted accordingly. Party B is willing to obey the arrangements of Party A.

If Party B undertakes the work and responsibilities in the Party A project during the contract period, Party B shall not leave without the consent of Party A before the project ends.

Party A will conduct performance appraisal of Party B on a regular or irregular basis. If the applicant fails to pass the examination, Party A has the right to terminate or terminate this contract.

When the contract is due to the date of cancellation, Party B shall go through the formalities of separation in accordance with the separation system in the ________________ Limited Staff Handbook, otherwise Party A has the right to deduct or refuse to pay Party B's labor remuneration.

Article 15 The subsidiary files of this contract are as follows:

The "Employee Handbook" and related regulations formulated by the A3 Party.

Article 16 This contract is made in two copies, one for each party.
