2. Party B's treatment of illness, work injury, disability, death, etc. shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State and the autonomous region.

6. Party B's labor protection, safety and health, and disciplinary rewards and punishments shall be implemented in accordance with relevant laws, regulations and rules.

VII, liability for breach of contract

1. This contract has legal effect and both parties shall strictly perform it.

2. If Party A deducts or defaults on Party B's salary, in addition to paying the full amount of wages, Party B shall also be required to pay additional economic compensation.

3. If a party violates this contract and causes losses to the other party, it shall compensate the relevant losses in accordance with relevant state regulations.
