Article 6 Labor Protection and Labor Conditions

Party A shall provide Party B with safe and sanitary working conditions and issue necessary labor protection supplies to Party B in accordance with the national laws and the relevant provisions of this Municipality.

Party A shall conduct safety education and necessary training for Party B; Party B shall be specially trained and qualified for special operations and shall be certified to work after being engaged in special operations.

If Party B engages in toxic or harmful operations, Party A shall conduct a medical examination for Party B free of charge on a regular basis.

Party B shall strictly abide by the labor safety and hygiene regulations and operating procedures during the labor process, and shall have the right to refuse the illegal command, and shall have the right to report and accuse the Party A and its management personnel for ignoring the safety and health of the employees.

Article 7 Labor Discipline

Party B shall abide by the rules and regulations and labor disciplines formulated by Party A in accordance with law, and keep Party A's trade secrets during the agreement period.

Party A has the right to manage Party B in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State and Tianjin Municipality and the rules and regulations of the enterprise and labor discipline.

Article 8 The dissolution, alteration and termination of this Agreement may be changed or cancelled by the agreement of both parties.
