Article 6 Labor Protection and Labor Conditions

During the internship period, Party A shall provide Party B with the internship conditions for labor safety and hygiene in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State and this Municipality, and provide Party B with necessary labor protection articles.

Party A shall provide Party B with safety education and job skills training, and students may not engage in special operations.

Party A shall not arrange for students under the age of 18 to engage in the work of underground mines, toxic and harmful state-level fourth-level physical labor intensity and other taboos.

Party A shall not arrange for female interns to work in the high temperature, low temperature, cold water operation and the third-level physical labor intensity prescribed by the state during the menstrual period.

Party B shall strictly abide by the labor safety and hygiene regulations and operating procedures during the internship work, have the right to refuse the illegal command, and have the right to refuse to perform, report or sue for Party A and its management personnel to ignore personal safety and health.

Article 7 Labor Discipline

Party A has the right to manage Party B in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State and this Municipality and the rules and regulations of the enterprise.

Party B shall abide by the rules and regulations and labor disciplines formulated by Party A in accordance with the law and keep Party A's trade secrets.

Article 8 Dissolution, alteration and termination of this Agreement
