Article 5 Labor Protection and Labor Conditions

1. Party A shall provide Party B with safe and sanitary working conditions and issue necessary labor protection articles to Party B in accordance with the national laws and the relevant provisions of this Municipality.

2. Party A shall carry out safety education and necessary training for Party B; Party B must be specially trained and qualified for special operations after obtaining special operations.

3. Party B shall strictly abide by the labor safety and health regulations and operating procedures during the labor process, and shall have the right to refuse the illegal command, and shall have the right to report and lodge complaints against Party A and its management personnel who disregard the safety and health of the employees.

Article 6 Labor Discipline

1. Party B shall abide by the rules and regulations and labor disciplines formulated by Party A according to law.

Article 7 The dissolution, alteration and termination of this contract
