Housekeeping service contract

1. After Party B's negotiation and consent, Party A shall sign the service contract. During the period of validity of the contract, Party A and Party B must abide by the national laws and regulations, and abide by the “User Instructions” and “Staff Code” issued by the company to protect both Party A and Party B. The legitimate rights and interests are not infringed.

2. Party A's rights and obligations

1. Have the right to ask Party B to provide ____ as the content of the family service work. Without the consent of Party B, the burden of labor other than the above provisions shall not be increased.

2. Provide Party B with the same room and board as the family members of Party A, and Party B shall not allow Party B to live in the same room as the opposite sex adults.

3. Waiting for people, respecting the personality and labor of Party B, and giving enthusiastic guidance at work. Do not allow abuse.

4. Responsible for protecting Party B's safety.

5. The monthly salary paid to Party B shall be increased by one yuan per month, and shall be increased to RMB, and shall not be deducted.

6. During the service period, the medical expenses of Party B will be 30% within half a year, and the medical expenses of Party B will be 40% after half a year.

7. Party B shall be guaranteed to rest for not less than 3 days per month. If Party B is not allowed to rest due to special circumstances, Party B shall obtain the consent of Party B and shall pay the remuneration on a daily basis.

8. When Party B serves Party A, causing accidents of himself or others, Party A shall immediately notify the relevant departments and companies to actively handle the aftermath and bear certain economic responsibilities.

9. In the course of service, Party B shall cause losses to Party A due to work mistakes. Party A shall have the right to investigate Party B’s responsibility and economic compensation requirements and handle them in accordance with national laws and relevant regulations. Party A shall not take infringements such as searching, deducting money and goods, as well as beatings and intimidation.

10. Party B shall not be converted into a third party service without permission, and Party B shall not be taken to the field.

Third, Party B's rights and obligations

1. Volunteer to provide Party A with ____ as the content of family service work.

2. Enthusiastic work, civilized service, compliance with public ethics and national laws and regulations.

3. Do not go out without permission, do not bring outsiders to the residence of Party A, do not allow privately to turn Party A's items, and do not participate in Party A's family disputes. Without the permission of Party A to go out privately or in violation of the above provisions, the problem is at your own risk.

4. During the service period, the losses caused by work mistakes are the responsibility of themselves.

5. You can rest for two days a month. If you need to stop because of the needs of Party A, you have the right to receive payment from Party A on a daily basis.

6. Within six months of the service period, I will pay 70% of the medical expenses, and I will pay 60% of my own for more than half a year.

7. Have the right to refuse, convert to a third party service, or take it to a foreign service.

8. It has the right to refuse Party A to increase the labor burden beyond the contractual provisions. If the two parties agree to agree, Party B has the right to request an increase in labor compensation.

9. Party B’s lawful rights and interests have been infringed and have the right to file a complaint with the relevant departments and companies until they file a complaint with the legal department.

Fourth, the signing and cancellation of the contract:

1. When signing the contract, the company will pay the introduction fee and pick up the land element, and the introduction fee will not be refunded.

2. After the contract expires or the contents of the contract are changed, the parties shall hold the contract to the company for renewal and change within seven days.

3. With the consent of the company, the two parties hold the contract to terminate the contract, and the service contract is deemed to be terminated.

4. Party B shall leave the user's home without authorization, and Party A shall notify the company to file the record within 24 hours. Otherwise, Party B shall be responsible for the problems caused by Party B.

5. Both parties to the contract have to cancel the contract, and each of the breach of contract is Wu Yuanwu, and if either party requests to cancel the contract, the claimant will pay a penalty of 10 yuan.
