In order to ensure the smooth progress of students' work-study and school dropout, the legitimate rights and interests of both parties are protected from infringement. According to the Labor Law of the People's Republic of China and the relevant provisions of the Personnel Service of the xx Provincial Personnel Department, both parties are on the basis of equality, mutual benefit and friendship. The following agreement was reached:

First, the purpose and significance of the agreement:

In order to ensure the smooth progress of the social practice activities of college students in the summer of XX, Party A, after fully considering the actual situation of Party B, in order to ensure the smooth entry of Party B personnel into the factory and participate in social practice and the effective protection of Party A’s due interests, the two sides are in friendly consultation. On the basis of the agreement, Party A will charge Party B's fare of 150 yuan before Party B enters the factory. When the first settlement of wages after entering the factory, the management fee is deducted by 130 yuan. .

2. Party A's rights and obligations:

1. Party A guarantees that Party B's students enter the factory to participate in social practice. If Party B fails to enter the factory to participate in the work due to Party A's reasons, Party A shall compensate Party B for all transportation expenses. And give Party B a 200 yuan lost time as compensation. Party A shall not be liable for any failure to arrange due to personal reasons of Party B.

2. Party A guarantees to carry out the publicity and education of Party B students before entering the factory and the factory regulations and factory records.

3. Party A guarantees that the students of Party B will explain the internship situation of the internship manufacturer before entering the factory to ensure that the students' right to know is not infringed.

4. Party A guarantees that the internship manufacturer will pay the wages on time. If the manufacturer fails to pay in time or deliberately defaults on wages, Party A is responsible for recovering.

5. Party A is responsible for coordinating the dispute between Party B and the internship manufacturer, except for disputes caused by the individual reasons of the student.

6. Party A guarantees the safety of the students in the process of going to the internship manufacturer. Ensure that Party B arrives at the internship factory safely and smoothly.

Third, Party B's rights and obligations:

1. If Party A fails to fulfill the above obligations, Party B has the right to request Party A to perform its obligations as stipulated in this Agreement.

2. Party B guarantees to participate in the practice of the society, obey the arrangements and regulations of the internship manufacturer, and complete the tasks assigned by the manufacturer on time and in quantity.

3. Party B guarantees to obey the arrangement of the team members in the process of the internship manufacturer, and does not drop the team or support the team. Be sure to have a sense of self-protection after you go to the internship factory, so that you don't go to the prohibited or dangerous places of the factory because of curiosity or other factors. Otherwise, the problem will be borne by the individual. Party B shall not leave the post without the consent of the manufacturer and Party A. Otherwise, all problems shall be borne by the individual.

This Agreement shall enter into force on the date of signing and shall be completed by the last working day of the internship.

Matters not covered by this Agreement shall be resolved by both parties in the spirit of equal consultation. If this Agreement is inconsistent with national laws, the national law shall prevail.
