According to the application of Party B, the agreement on Party A's entrustment of Party B to keep personnel files is as follows:

First, the time of entrustment:

From the date of the year to the day of the month.

2. Party A's custody responsibility:

1. Responsible for handling the transfer procedures;

2. In accordance with relevant regulations, manage Party A's personnel files and handle related business;

3. According to the archives, go through the political review of the country, declare and seal the title, and issue a certificate of customs clearance;

5. During the period of entrusting the archives, Party B is not responsible for other non-file management responsibilities.

Third, Party B’s responsibility

1. The management fee for the delivery of Party A's file is five yuan per month, and it will be settled once according to the filing period;

2, one-time payment of not less than half a year, once the filing fee is paid, the file transfer fee during the archival period will not be refunded;

3. One week before the file storage expires, it shall promptly go through the formalities of renewal with Party B.

4. Save the agreement and payment voucher.

4. This Agreement shall be made in two copies. Each Party A and Party B shall hold one copy and the two parties shall enter into force after being signed and sealed.

5. Party B may, by this agreement, pay social insurance to individuals in the social insurance institutions in the bonded area.
