_According to the joint negotiation between Party A and Party B, on the basis of the "Contract Law", the following provisions shall be formulated on the matters that Party A will hand over the goods destined for all parts of the country to Party B:

1. Party A voluntarily delivers the goods destined for all parts of the country to Party B for carriage;

2. When Party A delivers the goods to Party B, it shall provide all the legal procedures required for the transportation of the goods, as well as the standardized and safe packaging of the goods, and shall not enclose the prohibited items of the state in the goods, otherwise all losses shall be caused by Bear;

3. When Party A delivers the goods to Party B for carriage, it shall purchase the insurance itself according to the actual value of the goods, or Party B shall handle the purchase of insurance on its behalf, otherwise the goods will be damaged or lost, and Party B will not bear full responsibility;

4. If the goods are damaged during packaging or the goods are lost, the consignee and the delivery driver must sign and issue a written certificate. If necessary, the consignee will detain the delivery vehicle or deduct the freight receivable from the arrival; If there is no signature, Party B may refuse compensation;

5. If the goods arrive safely and in time and arrive at the designated place of Party A and fail to collect the freight charges, etc., Party B may detain the goods according to the circumstances and handle the goods after one month;

6. The date of effective enquiry and the claim period from the date of carriage shall be within forty-five days, and Party B shall not bear any responsibility after the expiration;

7. The cargo shipping price and the arrival time may be determined by Party A and Party B according to the actual situation. The specific quantity, amount, and delivery matters shall be subject to the “Cargo Consignment Note” provided by Party B after each Party’s delivery. And use this as the basis for actual operations such as inquiries, claims, settlements, etc.

10. If there is a contractual dispute, it shall be dealt with according to the Contract Law on the basis of negotiation and settlement;
