I. Current Situation and Achievements of Private Agricultural Economic Development in Our County In recent years, with the acceleration of the adjustment of agricultural structure in our county and the vigorous promotion of agricultural industrialization, the private agricultural economy of individual and private enterprises in our county has grown from small to large. According to the survey, our county is doing a good job in adjusting the agricultural structure and vigorously developing the characteristic planting work. Most of these private agricultural enterprises are enterprise-driven, mainly through the contractual contract to drive farmers to engage in professional production, that is, the "company + farmer" industrialized business model. So far, there are about 20,000 households driven by private agricultural enterprises in our county, which has played an important role in developing the characteristic planting industry in our county and promoting the development of private economy and agricultural industrialization. 1. The development of private agricultural economy is conducive to promoting the adjustment of agricultural structure and the increase of farmers' income. Guide and support the development of private agricultural economy, and lead farmers to engage in specialized production through leading enterprises, which is conducive to the concentration of agricultural production to advantageous production areas, and promote the development of agricultural production in the direction of regionalization, specialization and scale, thereby accelerating the pace of agricultural restructuring. At the same time, through private agricultural enterprises to drive farmers' production, it can effectively solve the problem of agricultural products selling, and can extend the agricultural industrial chain, promote the intensive processing of agricultural products, increase the added value of agriculture, improve agricultural efficiency, and increase farmers' income. For example, after Chongqing Yimin Fungus Co., Ltd. successfully introduced our county, the farmers can increase the income by more than 5,000 yuan per household per year, and the income increase effect is remarkable. 2. The development of private agricultural economy is conducive to solving the contradiction between small production and large market of farmers and improving the organization of farmers. One of the main problems in current agricultural production is the contradiction between small-scale production of farmers and large markets. Through the promotion and development of private agricultural enterprises, enterprises and farmers sign contracts for the purchase and sale of agricultural products, and link the interests between enterprises and farmers through contracts, thus solving the problems that the majority of small and weak farmers are unfamiliar with the market and the products are difficult to sell. At the same time, through the development of farmers' professional cooperative economic organizations, the degree of organization of farmers has been improved, which is conducive to the innovation of agricultural management system. 3. The development of private agricultural economy is conducive to the creation of agricultural product brands and the improvement of agricultural product market competitiveness. Brand is efficiency, that is, competitive advantage, that is, advanced productivity. In the process of production and management, private agricultural enterprises regard brand management as an effective means to improve the competitiveness of agricultural products market, striving for famous products, creating characteristic brands, occupying markets with famous and special products, and improving the competitiveness of agricultural products and agricultural benefits. For example, our county “Linye” brand mushroom, “Sanyi” brand pepper, “Feijili” brand, “Green Crystal” brand, “Lianhu” brand leeks and other brands have been established and developed in the market competition, expanding our county. The development of private agricultural economy is conducive to promoting agricultural industrialization. Second, the main problems of the private agricultural economy in our county Although the private agricultural economic development of our county has achieved certain results, compared with the advanced areas, there are still many gaps compared with the requirements of rural economic development, and there are many problems. 1. The number of private agricultural enterprises is small, the scale is small, and the competitiveness is weak. The agricultural industrialization operation has just started. Our county is a large agricultural county. The planting industry plays an extremely important role in the rural economy. But so far, there are only 10 private enterprises involved in planting in the county, and these organizations generally have small scale and economic strength. The problems are weak, the form of organization is simple, and the market competitiveness is not strong. Most private agricultural enterprises only have the financial strength of several hundred thousand yuan. The annual sales of agricultural products are several tens of tons, hundreds of tons, and the annual sales income is several hundred thousand yuan, several million. yuan. These private agricultural enterprises are mainly engaged in the primary processing of agricultural products, and the scientific and technological content and added value of processed agricultural products are not high. At present, the agricultural industrialization operation of our county is still in the initial stage and has just started. 2. The interest linkage mechanism between private agricultural enterprises and farmers is not perfect and is not stable. Establishing a reasonable interest linkage mechanism is the core of developing a private agricultural economy and promoting agricultural industrialization. It is the basis for private agricultural enterprises and farmers to achieve "win-win". At present, the connection mode between private agricultural enterprises and farmers in our county is mainly in the form of contract. The contract is based on honesty and trustworthiness. Once the market fluctuates, it is easy for both parties not to act according to the contract. If the farmer does not sell the product to the leading enterprise when the agricultural product is popular, or the agricultural product market is not good, the leading enterprise can easily pass the risk to the farmer. 3. Private agricultural enterprises have limited use of farmers. At present, private agricultural enterprises in our county mainly solve the problem of agricultural products sales for farmers, but provide less pre- and post-production services for farmers. There are about 20,000 households driven by private agricultural enterprises in the county, less than one-fifth of the total number of farmers. In addition to a small number of private agricultural enterprises to improve agricultural efficiency and promote farmers' income increase, many private agricultural enterprises have a limited role in increasing farmers' income. 4. The development environment of private agricultural enterprises needs further improvement. A series of policy measures have been formulated at all levels for the development of the private economy, but the current implementation is not ideal. Some cadres pay insufficient attention to the development of the private economy. In the process of private economic development, they often encounter resistance and difficulties of one kind or another. Emancipating the mind, changing concepts, and forming a consensus to support the development of the private economy are still important issues that need to be resolved urgently.

Basic ideas and main measures to accelerate the development of private agricultural economy in our county The basic ideas and overall objectives of the development of private agricultural economy in our county are aimed at the status quo and main problems of private agricultural economic development in our county, combined with the actual situation of agriculture and rural economy in our county. The main measures to accelerate the development of private agricultural economy in our county are to speed up the development of private economy in our county, promote agricultural industrialization, and combine the basic ideas and overall objectives of private agricultural economic development in our county. 1. Strengthen organizational leadership and attach great importance to the development of private agricultural economy. At present, the overall level of the private economy in our county is not high, especially the development of private agricultural economy is lagging behind. Formulate preferential policies and strive to promote the development of private agricultural economy. The development of the private economy is inseparable from policy support and guidance.
