One. Strengthen leadership, clarify goals, and improve management mechanisms for education and research.
Carry out educational research and promote the professional growth of each teacher, aiming at promoting the development of each student, thus promoting the all-round development of school education and teaching. In the process of carrying out education and scientific research, the leaders of our school attach great importance to the whole school, unite and unite, constantly establish and improve the school teaching and research system, and explore new ways of education and scientific research. After careful discussion, the school has formulated a teaching and research work plan, and established a leading group for teaching and research work, which is headed by the vice president of education and research, the deputy head of the academic affairs, and the chief teacher of each discipline. All managers are required to study together, participate together, work together, create conditions, and use all resources available to the school to actively carry out educational research activities. The school has specially formulated the system and plan for education and scientific research. It requires all teachers to correct the educational ideology, comprehensively implement the education policy, actively explore the teaching rules, strictly follow the teaching principles, conscientiously study the educational theory and advanced teaching experience, and actively participate in various levels. Teaching and research activities, adhere to the on-the-job training of the program, improve the quality of teachers, and contribute to the improvement of the quality of basic education.
