Summary of the internship activities

In July XX, under the leadership of the Ningbo Communist Youth League Committee, under the organization of the school party committee and the school league committee of our school, our team carried out the summer social practice activities in the name of the key team. The main content of our practice is to carry out the activities of “Youth Self-help and Self-care Knowledge” and the distribution of questionnaires in major communities in Ningbo, and contribute to the healthy growth of young people.

The preaching work is the transmission of love, the transmission of knowledge, and the fun is wonderful. I have deeply loved this cause, as Tagore said: "The fruit business is respected, the flower business is sweet, but let me do the leaf business, Ye always humbly concentrates The ground is green."

In this activity, I mainly went to six communities to carry out the work. I also clearly remember that the first thing I went to was the Xueyuan community, a community in Beilun. For the first time, I sat on the bus to Beilun with a hustle and excitement. Due to the long distance and our lack of familiarity with Beilun District, we set off three hours before the opening time. We firmly believe that “full preparation will bring us satisfactory answers.” The trip to the community was a good start for my summer social practice. Then I participated in the visit of Fanjiangan Community, Shijia Community, Chuncheng Community and Gaotianwang Community. , Huaxing Community and many other communities. At the end of the event, I feel that I have gained a lot, as summarized below:

First, a good team and the team spirit of teamwork and teamwork are essential prerequisites for completing a job. In the heat of July, because of the enthusiasm, we don't feel the heat of the weather: we form a small team with the cooperation of the whole team, and we are assigned to different communities every day. In the middle of this, we have encountered many difficulties, such as route problems, community communication issues, etc., but because we are united as a whole, we can always be brave in the face of difficulties. This gives us a deep understanding of the importance of teamwork.

Second, the attitude towards any job should be positive. In the work of one community after another, in the face of exhaustion, in the face of cumbersome questionnaire statistics, we should maintain a positive attitude, rather than evade and decadence. Regardless of the type of work I take, I believe this is very important.

Third, learn a lot of skills and methods in communicating with others. In this activity, I had direct contact with the community leaders and many exchanges with the children, which gave me the exercise and experience in interpersonal communication skills.

Fourth, it is very important to cultivate a sense of belonging to the team in the common life. I think that supporting me all the way in this relatively long half-month is a sense of belonging to our team. This is very important to me.

5. During the preaching process, let me understand many of my own shortcomings and strengthen my knowledge base. During the activities, I also found many deficiencies in my own existence. This also gave me a good inspiration. I made myself more aware of myself and asked me to be more strict with myself and strengthen my knowledge base.

Time is always inadvertently passing from your fingertips! Looking back at this half-month journey, I feel that I am fortunate enough to participate in such a meaningful event, give myself a space for improvement, and give myself an opportunity to increase my social experience. Although the practice life is more tiring and bitter than the imagination, it is this kind of suffering and tiredness that has tempered a person's will and truly cultivates one's qualities. I believe this is the significance of this summer social practice. A person's path to growth will never be a smooth road. He must grow up in constant experience and constantly develop a world of his own. As a college student, it is more important to carry forward and inherit the spirit of hard work and hard work.
