During the period of practice, I helped answer the phone, copy the materials, organize the files, invoice, etc., and feel the atmosphere of work. These are not felt in the school, and many times, I have to do some things from time to time. Things outside of work, sometimes to do some clean work, there may be teachers in the school to assign what to do today, what to do tomorrow, but here, not necessarily someone will tell you this, you must consciously do And to do your best to do your best, the efficiency of a job will be differently evaluated by others. I remember that the teacher once said that the university is a small society, but I always feel that the innocence is always on the campus. The sincerity, even in colleges and universities, students still retain the identity of the students. When you walk into a business and get in touch with a variety of customers, colleagues, bosses, etc., the relationship is complicated, but I have to face everything I have never faced before. In this practice, I feel very deep. In school, there are many theoretical studies, and they are multi-faceted. They are almost all-inclusive. In actual work, you may encounter books that you have not learned. It may be that the knowledge in the book is not used at all. Perhaps the only problem that is used in the work is a simple task, as long as the formula can be used to complete a task. Sometimes I will complain, the actual operation is so simple, but why does the knowledge in the book make people learn so hard? Is this society and school derailed? Maybe the teacher is correct. Although college life is not like entering the society, it is a part of society. This is an undeniable fact. But sometimes I would also like to thank the teacher for teaching tirelessly. Some of the problems have been digested in the classroom and supplemented with usual homework. I have a higher starting point than a person and have more knowledge to cope with various tasks. The problem, as a college student in the new century, should understand how to deal with all aspects of society and deal with all aspects of society, which means that college students must pay attention to social practice, social practice is essential .
When I got my first salary, I didn't feel particularly happy. I only felt tired. However, I finally realized the "truth" of working: one has to suffer, and the other is thick. If someone asks me if I am willing to accept such a challenge in the future, I will not hesitate to say: "Of course"

The opinions that others give you, you must listen, be patient, and accept with humility.
Have confidence in your work. Confidence is not a numb boast, but an affirmation of one's ability. Lack of social experience, lack of academic qualifications and other reasons will make you lack confidence. In fact, whoever has a life sentence can do anything, as long as you have confidence, you can overcome psychological barriers, then everything becomes easy to solve.
The accumulation of knowledge is also very important. Knowledge is like the blood of a person. When people lack blood, their bodies will weaken, people will lack knowledge, and their minds will be exhausted. The brewing industry that I contacted is very strange to me. If you want to do a good job, you must understand this knowledge and have an in-depth understanding of all aspects to better apply it to your work.
This personal experience has given me a deep feeling. This is not only a practice, but also a life experience, a precious treasure of life. In the future, I will participate in more social practice, hone my own and let myself know more, so that I have experienced more aspects of society without stepping into the society.
