I used my vacation time and started my vacation practice in the second middle of my home.
Practice is to apply the theoretical knowledge we have learned in school to objective reality, so that the theoretical knowledge we have learned can be useful. Learning only is not practice, then what you learn is equal to zero. Theory should be combined with practice. On the other hand, practice can lay the foundation for finding a job in the future. Through this internship during this time, I learned something I couldn't learn in class. Because the environment in which you live is different, the people you contact are not the same, and the things you learn are naturally different. Learn to learn in practice and practice from learning. Moreover, China’s economy is developing at a rapid pace and has joined the WTO. The domestic and international economies are changing day by day. Every day, new things are emerging. When there are more and more opportunities, there are more challenges. Only the day before yesterday learned. The knowledge may have been eliminated today. The more China's economy is connected to the outside world, the higher the demand for talent. We don't just learn the knowledge we have learned in the school, we must continue to learn other knowledge from life and practice, and constantly arm ourselves from all aspects to be able to highlight ourselves, express ourselves and win in the competition.
During the internship, I felt the atmosphere of my work at school, and these were not felt when I was studying at school. And in most of the time, I have to do something other than work, like cleaning the office. When you are studying at school, there may be someone who will arrange what you should do today, what to do tomorrow, but here, no one will tell you this, you must consciously learn, do it, and do your own. Try to be the best, because the efficiency of a job will be differently evaluated by others. At school, there is only an atmosphere of learning. Whether the school is the place to learn, everyone will work hard to achieve higher results. Nowadays, although it is also a school, the nature has changed. Everyone is working hard to get a higher position and better treatment. Whether it is learning or working, there is competition. In the competition, we must constantly learn the advanced places of others, and we must continue to learn how others behave in order to improve their abilities! I remember that the teacher once said that the university is a small society, but I always feel that the innocence and sincerity are always indispensable on campus. Despite being a college university, students are still a student. Once you enter the society, you have to contact a variety of colleagues and bosses. The relationship is complicated and you need to face everything you have never faced before. I remember seeing a report once and say that a prominent problem in the employment of college students now is that there is a certain gap between the actual ability of students to apply and the theoretical study in school. In this practice, I feel quite deeply about this.
In school, there are many theoretical studies, and many aspects can be said to be comprehensive. In actual work, you may encounter books that have not been learned, or may not be used at all. Sometimes I feel that I don't think I have to use a lot of learning, and I don't know how to use it. Is this the derailment of social and school education? Maybe the teacher is correct. Although university life is not like entering the society, it is a part of society. This is an undeniable fact. But I also want to thank the teachers for their tireless teaching. Some problems have been carefully digested in the classroom. Together with the usual homework, I have more knowledge to deal with various problems at work. As a college student in the new century, you should know how to interact with people from all walks of life to deal with all aspects of society. This means that college students must be socialist and social practice is essential. After all, after 2 years, I am no longer a college student, but a member of society, to communicate with the society and contribute to society. I only know that it is far from being a piece of paper. The journey of life in the future is long. In order to train myself to become a qualified and useful person for the society, I have chosen a professional in the field of teachers. In this practice, I naturally pay more attention to this ring. Although I am only responsible for the relatively simple part in practice, I am really excited to be able to use the knowledge I have learned in school. In the school class, teachers are teaching, students are listening, the theoretical part is the main body, and I can grasp the content of professional knowledge. I thought that social practice should be able to cope with it, but it is not as easy as it is in practice. Usually at school, homework can be handed over if you make a mistake, but here, if you make a mistake, it means losing face in front of the students, and it is impossible to establish prestige in the future teaching. This kind of requirement can't be learned in the school classroom. In school, you may solve a problem and calculate a program. But what is needed here is to combine with reality. There is only theory, no practical operation, just talking on paper. It is impossible to establish a foothold in this society, so it must be very cautious, and if it is wrong, it is not like a teacher in school, a red cross, and then change it, but here is definitely not so easy.
Many people who study at school say they would rather go out to work and are unwilling to study at school; others who are already in society would rather go back to school. We go to school and learn advanced scientific knowledge, so that we will enter the society in the future and contribute our own strength. We should try our best to grasp the professional knowledge today and serve the society better tomorrow.
