After the report, the first thing is to accept Corey's three-level safety education. But more understanding of the safety concept, after I went to the workshop to go to work. In the one-on-one education of safety production supervisors, I learned about the various sources of danger that will occur in our welding department.

Speaking of what I learned first in my internship is the basic operational skills. Because I was internship in the front pillar reinforcement of the welding department, I learned to weld the workpiece. I started by looking at the homework standard. The work standard book generally includes engineering quality management table, engineering quality management table, quality confirmation form, parts list, and manufacturing content, which includes almost everything in each process, and all production work is carried out according to the above content. When I was in the post, I carefully observed and compared with each of the contents of the standard book, I found that all the search was not written out of thin air, but every point had its reasons for existence, and it was carefully designed. . From the placement of the workpiece to the position of the welding torch and fixture, to the order of the work, etc., there are reasonable reasons. When I experienced it for myself, I found that many of the front-line employees' work is simple, but it is not easy to do. It is very simple to move the workpiece and clamp the workpiece, but it is not easy to repeat it hundreds of times a day. And we must ensure quality and speed. I first followed the worker's master to learn the routine inspection of the welding torch and fixture before the start of construction. This is mainly to ensure the premise of safe production. The checklist has written the specific inspection content. We will confirm the inspection according to it. If any abnormal situation occurs, the team leader and the squad leader will be reported immediately and will be dealt with immediately. The process of learning to weld a torch is the most interesting and most skillful. If you can't accept the defective products manufactured in the previous process, you can't make bad products yourself. If there are defective products, you must not let them flow into the next process. The good reputation of Guangzhou Honda's products is formed by millions of users in such a long time. In our second class of welding, the slogan is "the strength of the welding is the life of the welding department." Indeed, for us, the key to installing quality is to first close the strength. In Corey, I took a training course with my class, learned about welding, what is the principle of welding, what defects are there in welding, how to improve welding quality, and so on. A few days after the start of the internship, I focused on observing the production of the entire workshop. The entire welding shop is divided into four areas: A, B, C, and D. Area A is responsible for the welding of the three major parts of the chassis. I am in the B1 area responsible for the welding of the body side wall assembly, and B2 is responsible for the roof. Welding and manual addition, including spot welding, carbon dioxide protection welding and stud welding, C area is small parts assembly and four-door two-cover installation and surface inspection, D area is responsible for four-door two-cover welding Manufacturing. I have to mention the automatic production line with the highest technical content in our workshop. Firstly, the 3P line is specially used to receive the three large parts of the A area. After the clamping, the automatic line is sent to carry out the welding of the chassis assembly; then to the G/W line, After the chassis and the side wall and the roof are clamped, they are welded into the body and fed into the SR line for automatic addition. This whole series of robots is the core of the entire welding department. When they start at the same time, the spectacular is not expressed in words. I said, shock! When some of the bodies are inspected with small defects, they are sent here for repair and continue to be put into production. The layout of the entire workshop is clear and clear. I carefully observed each process, and then I drew the work flow chart and staffing of the B1 area based on the standard book and on-site observations. In the process of observing and drawing, I have a richer and deeper understanding. I saw the designer's intentions in the arrangement of the process, so that each process can be carried out stably, except in the processing method. It is necessary to ensure that each position can maintain a basically consistent rhythm, while also taking into account the "wide speed" and reasonable spatial layout, and even do not waste a man, this is really a lot of knowledge. The whole workshop is like a football team. Everyone has their own duties, just like strikers, midfielders, defenders, and even free men and captains. They all have their own tasks. Looking at the logistics vehicles, the parts required for each position were transported to various locations in an orderly manner. The porters also assigned the parts of the vehicles to the designated process. Together with the rhythm of production, they did not drop the chain. I had to admire Guangzhou Honda. After completing the work flow chart, I took it to the squad leader and continued to find more questions. There are still some areas that need improvement. For example, I am not intuitive enough to draw the details of each employee in the picture. Going to the body, there is room for improvement.
