Every day during the internship, there is fresh content, and every day has new challenges. At the internship base, I have the feeling of walking into the factory for the first time. A strange machine is placed in a well-placed way, thinking that I will be their operation. I don’t know how excited I am. Some of them are older than me, representing productivity in the 1980s, some have been eliminated in real production, but we are focusing on our engineering undergraduates who understand how they work and operate. It is still very educational and instructive. However, I found that it is not as easy to operate them as I can imagine, and I realize that my gap is still very big, and the road to go is still very long.

In the pre-internship, I came into contact with two important machine tools - lathes and milling machines. Because of the older machines, manual operations also accounted for a large proportion, and because of this, the buttons, handles and dials on them More, we spent a lot of time familiarizing ourselves with the machine, and then we couldn't wait to physically process it. The lathe used the rotary motion of the workpiece and the movement of the tool to change the shape and size of the blank on the lathe, and processed it into a machine. A processing method for parts. For us, there is no requirement to machine fine parts, mainly to familiarize us with the operation of the machine. Our task is to machine a groove and a groove at each end of a cylindrical blank. Sphere. After several failed works, I finally processed a job that was more in line with the requirements. I can roughly recognize the shape of a sphere, but my purpose has been reached, and it can be used on the lathe. The function and operation method are clear to the heart. Another important machine in the industry is the milling machine, which uses the milling cutter to cut the workpiece, which can process planes, steps, bevels, grooves, forming. , gears and cuts, etc., can also drill and boring. There are not many machines. We operate one machine in three groups. The task is to process a cylindrical blank into a cube. This time we have a good match and high efficiency. The task was completed with high quality. The fly in the ointment was that the processing was not smooth. This internship allowed me to experience the efficiency of teamwork and the pleasure of successfully processing the parts for the first time, although I had to pay for it after returning to the dormitory. Then we started to contact more advanced machines - CNC lathes, divided into three types of work: CNC lathes, CNC milling machines and CNC wire cutting. In the real machine processing, you must first edit the program on the computer, and then import the program. In the meantime, I also learned how to easily operate several important software, such as Solidwork, Powermill, etc. The only thing that makes me feel a headache is Programming problems, it is hard to write the program. The result is not simulated on the computer. After many help, the task is barely completed. The most eye-opening is the introduction of rapid prototyping technology. This is a kind of high-tech. It has not been promoted in China at present. The rapid prototyping machine that uses special gypsum materials is called "unexpected, not impossible." I am greatly interested in the wisdom and wisdom of human beings and the gap that our country still has in this respect. .

Of course, there are also some interesting internships during the internship, such as heat treatment and casting. Heat treatment refers to a process in which steel is heated, insulated, and cooled in the solid state to change the internal structure of the steel to obtain the desired properties. The process of hitting the iron-casting sword is very fun, the iron is burned red and then quickly put into the water to cool, and then knocked and beaten, but I don't know the principle, why the sword that has been treated like this can be stronger, stronger and sharper. There are also several heat treatment processes, namely annealing, normalizing, tempering, and their respective With its own functions and functions, it can process a variety of workpieces that meet different requirements. Another gain is that I have mastered the sparks formed by grinding steel on the grinding wheel to identify high carbon steel, medium carbon steel and low carbon steel. The caster's internship location is the most rudimentary. It is just a simple work shed. There is a row of high-pitched sand piled up on both sides. It is a kind of effort, but also requires carefulness and patience. The classmate's sand does not have sufficient strength, and often causes collapse during handling and boxing; some students are not patient and careful when processing the cavity, and the strength is large. As a result, the cavity is destroyed to varying degrees, and then the flower is compared. I have to work hard to fix it. Some students are not very clear about the processing program. After processing to the next step, I found that the previous step was not completely completed. I was more successful.
