On June 25th, XX, I stepped into the Second Hospital of Shen Medical, and with a feeling of embarrassment and nervousness, began a clinical nursing practice for more than 9 months. Today, the internship is over, the original confusion and ignorance, nowadays full of return. Therefore, I am very grateful to the Second Hospital of Shen Medical for providing me with such a good internship environment and various superior conditions. The clinical internship is the consolidation and strengthening of the theoretical study stage. It is also the training and training of the nursing skill operation. It is also the best training before I get employed. Although this period is very short, it is very important to me. I cherish this time, cherish every day's exercise and self-improvement opportunities, and cherish the rare teacher and apprenticeship with the teachers.

Just entering the ward, there is always a feeling of awkwardness, the work of nursing is relatively unfamiliar, and there is still no concept of shaping what can be done in such a new environment. Fortunately, I have a teacher who introduces the structure of the ward, introduces the work of each class, and brings the rich experience of the teachers, so that I can adapt to the nursing work of the hospitals quickly. Being able to adapt to the hospital environment as soon as possible has laid a good foundation for internship and work in the hospital. This should be regarded as the first gain in the internship stage: learn to adapt and learn to grow and survive in a new environment.

The work of the nurse is very heavy and messy, although I feel some before I go to the clinic, but after I really enter the ward, my feelings are deeper. Indeed, the nurse's work is very fragmentary, very messy, but it can be said to be very low, but through the majority of people do not understand, I found that nurses have their own unique charm. It is impossible for a hospital to have no nurses, which explains the importance of nurses. Doctors can't leave nurses, patients can't leave nurses, and the whole environment can't do without nurses. This trivial work has a complete system. It can be said that "the sparrow is small and complete," and because of this, it can play its unique role and produce an indispensable role. Because of the clinical internship, I have a more comprehensive and profound understanding of the nursing work, more specific and detailed understanding of the industry. The second gain in clinical practice: correct understanding of nursing, establishing a correct professional ethics, and developing a good working attitude.

Internships to the ward, the most contact is the patient, the deep understanding of various diseases, the thorough understanding of the basic care operations. The biggest and ultimate goal of an internship is to develop good operational skills and improve a variety of nursing skills. Therefore, under the principle of teaching with the teacher "Let's let go, don't worry," I actively strive for every exercise opportunity, such as intravenous infusion, blood draw, subcutaneous injection, intramuscular injection, measurement of vital body disease. At the same time, it also enriches the clinical theory knowledge, actively thinks about various problems, and asks teachers or other teachers for knowledge problems that are not understood. While following the teacher's in charge of the patient, it will also strengthen the observation of the condition, improve the understanding of the patient's disease, and carry out various health knowledge missions to the patient, so as to exercise the ability to apply the knowledge acquired. On the whole, the third harvest during the internship is also the biggest gain: the nursing skills have improved, the level of disease awareness has increased, the various nursing work has become more proficient, and a good level of professional skills has been cultivated while also fostering a good learning habit.

During the internship in the hospital, everything I did was based on the patient's health and disease. I strictly abide by the hospital's rules and regulations. All operations are strictly in accordance with the principle of sterility, and strict implementation of the "three checks and seven pairs." In the departments of orthopedics, internal medicine, surgery, gynecology, pediatrics, etc., I am doing all the work carefully and carefully, obeying the principle of sterility, implementing the check-up system, and cultivating a good working style. This should be counted as the first. The four harvests, though not big, are also very important and indispensable gains.

In this short internship, I have a lot of gains. If I use simple vocabulary to summarize it, it seems that the language is pale and weak, at least we can't express it very accurately and clearly.
