Under the cordial care of the leaders of the Youth League Committee and the teachers, the Quality Development Center of our school has gradually grown and become an independent department. In order to better implement the "College Students' Quality Development Plan" initiated by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, the Ministry of Education, and the National Association of Students, all Sutuo members worked together to help the certification department complete the certification work. At the same time, the students also have a deeper understanding of the quality development work.

Based on the establishment of the Sutuo Center, many students are still not very familiar with the work of Sutuo. The Ministry of Activities has developed the following Sutuo propaganda plan:
