In the past year, although the work I have done has achieved certain results, we are also clearly aware that there are still some problems that cannot be ignored in the current work, mainly: the work guidance for grassroots administration in the promotion of law-based administration. It is still weak, and work communication is not enough. In terms of legislation, the quality of legislation needs to be further improved, and the working methods and methods need to be further innovated. In terms of law enforcement supervision, effective social effects have not been formed, and supervision must be further strengthened. At the same time, the number of administrative reconsiderations at the municipal level is large and wide, increasing year by year, and the reconsideration staff is seriously inadequate.
The existence of the above problems and difficulties has both objective reasons and our work concepts, methods and methods. For this, in the future work, we need to take practical and effective measures to improve and overcome them.
