The children in my class are freshmen who just entered the park. In class work, my class teachers focus on the overall situation, work actively, and do not divide each other. They take the work of kindergartens everywhere and never care about personal gains and losses. In the second half of the year, Teacher Wang worked as a monitor. For the children in our class, safety education, civilized and polite education, solidarity and friendship education are carried out in teaching activities and daily life, so that children have formed good behavior habits. The environment serves educational and educational activities. Because my class children just entered the park, my class's health care work has always been more detailed. My class teacher is dedicated, careful and patient in observing records every day. Because the small class children can not express their needs in time, pay attention to observe the child's face and expression in daily life to understand her requirements. Especially in the aspect of children's eating, my class teacher is taking care of it carefully, not afraid of trouble, guiding the children to eat well, and having a bad habit of not eating vegetables for some children. Our class teacher always praises and encourages and corrects the bad. Habit, in the past year, my class children have eaten independently. Parents are also concerned about drinking water for young children. We have launched the “Give Cars” campaign to ensure that children drink five glasses of water a day. Therefore, children in my class are rarely sick and have a high attendance rate.

2. Regular education

We attach great importance to the routine training of children. Shortly after the children entered the park, we conducted a day of routine education to cultivate good living and hygiene habits. Such as: toilet, washing hands, drinking water, eating, nap, etc. are in order. In addition, we also teach children to learn to do what they can, and do their own things. Because of the uniform requirements and unified management of my class teachers, the children in my class develop good behavior habits.

V. Parent work

In early childhood education, parental education occupies a very important position. A good class cannot be separated from the close cooperation of the teachers, and it is inseparable from the strong support of the parents. To this end, my class focused on the work of homes. In order to let parents know about the situation of young children in the park. In the morning and evening reception, communicate with the parents in a timely manner. In the home teaching field, the questions that parents are most concerned about are answered in time, and they are well received by parents.

During the year, my class teacher did his best and completed all the work more successfully, but there were also some shortcomings, such as: the children came to the park late, the phenomenon of snacking and so on. In the new year, we will work harder to make our work better and make greater progress!
