Summary of the review of the semester of the national class teacher
I took over the class from September XX, and unconsciously reached the end of the semester. I reviewed the work of this semester and summarized it as follows:
First, class collective construction: a class, collective construction and management is very important, the class is good, the main thing is to see the upward cohesion of this class collective. For me, this is a strange class, and this is a special group. This is the only sixth-grade group in a migrant children's school. This group is unstable, or come or go, the student's mobility comparison. Big. So relatively speaking, there is a certain degree of difficulty in management. This semester, I carefully understand each student's personality and all aspects of the study, and even their family situation, I asked myself to integrate into the group as soon as possible, let the students accept my new class teacher . On the other hand, the original group is relatively scattered, and they must be formed to form a stronger collective cohesion and collective sense of honor. After hard work, there has been a certain effect on the construction of the class, students are more and more like this class, like the classmates and teachers of this class.
Second, the top students training: From taking over this class, I found that the students in this class did not have outstanding academic performance, such as Chinese, many students did not master the basic pinyin and punctuation. After the mid-term exam, there are basically no students with high scores. This is a big difference from the previous students. Most of the students are concentrated in the 80s. Therefore, I did some work for the students with great potential in the class. If I talked to them, I often encouraged them and urged them. At the end of the period, the situation has improved slightly, but it is still not ideal. This is a major aspect that needs to continue to work hard in the next semester.
Third, the transformation work of the late students: For the students of migrant children, their basics are relatively poor. Therefore, the transformation of poor students is a very heavy part of the work of the class teacher . There is a male student in the class. In addition to not learning the heart, I often make troubles. I am not polite to the teacher. I often talk to him, criticize the criticism, say the reason, and put a lot of thought into it. It’s better; other underachievers are much better. The next semester will continue to work harder!
4. Students' participation in various competitions: During the semester, one student in the class participated in the town mathematics competition and won the third prize; participated in the town reading competition and won the third prize.
V. Class meeting and other activities: During the semester, after the students formed a certain cohesive force, the class committee organized some wonderful class activities. For example, the "Treasure Time" theme class meeting, the "New Year's Blessings and Wishes" theme class meeting, etc., are organized and hosted by the students themselves, and I am slightly pointed on the side, very successful, showing the students' great ability. For other activities, students can also participate.
