2. Cele's winter is very cold. All the cadres and workers reacted unanimously to the central heating. They strongly reacted to the high central heating charges, poor quality, low temperature, indoor temperature below 15 degrees, basic temperature in the outdoor room, and intermittent heating. At 11:00 pm in Taipei time, the heating was stopped. Because there was no heating, the latter half of the night could not sleep. Many elderly children caught a cold and seriously affected the lives and health of the people. All cadres and workers unanimously urged the county party committee to introduce the heating enterprise market competition mechanism and introduce a series of effective policy measures to promote the quality and quantity of heating enterprises to provide high quality heating. Promote heating companies to provide heating that is satisfactory to the people, and protect the people's winter life and health!

3. In recent years, with the support and concern of the party and the state, the water conservancy project in our county has developed rapidly and the water conservancy facilities have been significantly improved. However, the bureau lacks a group of talents with excellent technical level and high management level, which seriously restricts me. County water conservancy development and economic development. I really hope that the county party committee will solve the problem of lack of talents in our bureau and inject new vitality into the economic and social development of our county!

4. Dirty and messy around the three gates, it is very stinky in the summer, seriously affecting the appearance of the city of the county, I hope the county party committee to improve this look!

5. A garbage bin should be placed on the street where people in the county are more concentrated, so that the urban health of our county can be improved.

6. A small house should be built in a place where household garbage is collected. It is responsible for the person. Don’t make people feel the smell of garbage on the street, especially in the summer, or the units, the communities themselves package, put them in a fixed place, and collect garbage. The vehicles are collected one by one and transported to the garbage disposal site.

7. I hope that the county road in front of the orphanage will be built as soon as possible.

8. It is hoped that the road from the third gate to the ten gate will be expanded to make the people's travel convenient.

9. I hope to have a center for elderly activities so that the elderly can have fun.
