2. Implementing the rehabilitation work for the disabled: Creating a national demonstration community for the rehabilitation of disabled people is a major measure to implement the scientific development concept and build a socialist harmonious society. On major holidays and disability days, the Street Disabled Persons' Federation and the Community Disabled Persons' Association must organize disabled people to carry out various activities suitable for disabled people, enrich the lives of disabled people, and strengthen communication with disabled people. We often organize activities such as handicapped chess competitions, billiards competitions, calligraphy painting competitions, etc., and the disabled people in the jurisdiction actively participate in the exercise, which not only exercises the body, enriches the amateur cultural life, but also strengthens the mutual communication and exchange between the disabled. Seriously implement the vocational and technical training tasks for disabled persons issued by the Municipal Disabled Persons' Federation, promote the continuous improvement of the comprehensive service capacity of disabled persons in the jurisdiction, and do everything possible to place disabled persons with jobs.
