1. Property management work

However, there are still some problems. For example, in terms of hardware, our security monitoring facilities are not in place, security is not guaranteed, and the company is required to solve the problem as soon as possible. The service quality of service companies and service personnel needs to be strengthened, and environmental sanitation needs to be improved. It is the focus of our next step of supervision.

2, create a work

In terms of creating health, we obey the management and guidance of the community, coordinate with the community and the property company and the owners to play a role of coordination and bridge, actively provide services for the communities, and earnestly do a good job in each inspection. . 3. The retreat work of the turnover house

This work is difficult and has many problems. The company's work location is scattered. Most of the employees working in the district and townships have problems such as children's schooling problems, parents' illness and family marriage. In the city, there are more applications for renting housing. In addition, the housing personnel approved in the past due to various factors are more complicated and complicated. Therefore, it has brought many inconveniences and difficulties to our retiring work in the first half of the year. We actively think of ways and ideas, overcome obstacles and difficulties, lead the leadership, and unite with each other. First, we will give detailed explanations and publicity, and we will make it clear and reasonable, and we will remove 43 sets of households. More than 60 applications were accepted, 51 households were resettled, and 12 single-person residences were remodeled. The housing formed over the years was unreasonable and the problem of the old problems was solved.

4. Hydropower management aspects of production plants and employees

In the past, the internal electricity management of each factory was not standardized. As the company gradually shifts to refined management and the requirements for various basic data continue to increase. In September of this year, after thorough research, the company decided to divide the power consumption of each factory and its internal power into three major parts: production, living and office electricity. Because this work involves a large scale, closely related to the immediate interests of employees, the past electricity consumption is not standardized, management is chaotic, and it is not strictly metered, the power consumption is chaotic, the power assessment is not in place, and the line direction is not uniform. The aging of the line, the failure of the workers' thinking, and many other issues have brought great difficulties to our transformation. We are sincerely united and unified our thinking, strictly control the quality, and have developed a careful transformation plan. The departments are independent and cooperative. Overcome many difficulties, conscientiously do a good job of explaining the work, and jointly promote the planning tasks of this transformation. Eliminate the phenomenon of private connection in the past, ensure the reasonableness and accuracy of the charges, standardize the internal management, ensure the occurrence of security incidents, and play a good economic role for the company's energy conservation and emission reduction.

A total of 12 offices, 3 factories, 5 stations and classes were planned for this work. 74 office and staff life assessment forms were installed, 869 households were installed, and 46 street lamps were installed.

5, daily maintenance work

In the daily maintenance work, we are on call, all employees, regardless of water and electricity maintenance, property management, water and electricity copying work, can do their own duties, and also do a good job between the various departments . Coordinating and coordinating work, in all the work of our department, everyone can adhere to the scientific attitude and pragmatic spirit, work diligently to do a good job, establish a strong view of time and quality, and what can be done on the day will not drag tomorrow, where is the matter? Everyone is there, even on weekends and holidays, we have no complaints, and we can complete the task with quality and quantity.
