Equipment failure and analysis

System operation status

The grid voltage changes with the seasons and time, especially in the dry season, the output of the power station decreases, the grid voltage is obviously low, and the voltage at the tail end is seriously low. The main reason is that the grid structure is unreasonable, and a transmission line covers the new 80. The rural network of only one is supported by only one 110kv substation, and the grid voltage is completely dominated by the output of the power station.

The grid current has experienced severe imbalances many times, which directly affects the power generation of the power station and the user's power consumption, and even causes a false signal of relay protection. The main reason: the design of high-energy plants and mines is unreasonable, the operation is not standardized, and the equipment maintenance is not in place, resulting in a serious imbalance of power consumption.

The main reason: some equipment is seriously aging, the quality of new equipment is poor, lightning protection measures are poor, design and construction are not carried out according to requirements, countermeasures are not implemented enough, daily maintenance is not in place, and so on.

Line operation status

2 Strengthened maintenance quality management and effective control before operation. 2. Safety production management

Strictly implement safety procedures and resolutely put an end to the phenomenon of no ticketing. Before the operation of the switchover, the operation ticket was carefully filled out. By November 30, 2019, a total of 1758 dispatched operation tickets were dispatched, and the pass rate was 100%.

3. Grid economic operation

Strictly implement maintenance planning management. From July to December, 439 projects were planned and overhauled, 221 projects were overhauled, 141 were temporarily overhauled, 43 were overhauled, and 64 were overhauled. The implementation rate was 47.1%, and the temporary implementation rate was 34.8%. 432 maintenance tickets were completed, the completion rate was 92.1% on time, 37 tickets were postponed, and the maintenance ticket extension rate was 7.9%.

Operation management work

Strictly grasp the management of the five anti-locking devices, comprehensively cleaned up and perfected the locking devices of the substations, and carried out the computer-based transformation of the 110kv furnace observation and locking device and the modification of the live locking device in the Chenguang power plant.

4. Use the operation management system to standardize the work of each substation. The site regulations for Changfeng, Qiangtang and Ronghuachang were revised and approved. At the same time, the environment of the duty room of each substation was cleaned up and standardized, and measures to prevent small animals and anti-condensation measures were strengthened.

5. Strictly implement the inspection and maintenance system to ensure the quality of maintenance and improve the operational rate of equipment.

Maintenance management

1. Relay protection operation

In 2019, the total relay protection of the power grid was 823 times, the correct action was 806 times, the correct action rate was 97.9%; the system re-closing was operated 103 times, the correct action was 103 times, and the correct action rate was 100%.

2. Work completion

Implemented the implementation plan for the “five-one-one-one-guarantee” work of the substation, and specially formulated the “Reformation Plan for the Relay Protection of Xinhua Electric Power Company in 2019” and the “Implementation Plan for the Implementation of the “Five Preventions and One Protection” of the Substation” "New Power Company Fixed Value Management System".

Improve system valuation management:
