Our business goal this year is to achieve sales income of 10 million yuan and a profit of 3 million yuan.

Actively and steadily carry out the main business and provide quality services to customers. Since the establishment of the company, it has established the cassava growers in the southwest and south China as the main service targets, relying on the scientific and technological advantages of all the benefits of hot work, and highlighting the cassava stem as the main industry, but also strengthening the mango, macadamia, papaya and sword. Wholesale and retail of hemp, longan and lychee seedlings are expanding business. According to estimates, the newly-promoted area of ​​gr911 cassava varieties last year was 100,000 mu. Other varieties cooperated with local agricultural technology departments and cooperated with agricultural parks to establish a new variety demonstration base of about XX mu, laying a solid foundation for the promotion of new varieties.

Strengthen the construction of the base. Agricultural enterprises, base construction is fundamental. The company regards the construction of experimental base, core demonstration base, pilot test base and foreign demonstration base as the key points. The newly-built base construction area is more than 1,000 mu, with an accumulated investment of 800,000 yuan. During the implementation of the project, more than 300 mu of germplasm resources were expanded, 3 high-yield cultivation demonstration bases and 3 excellent varieties of adaptive production demonstration sites were established, and 17 excellent varieties were promoted.

Strictly and carefully, strengthen business management. Last year, the company newly formulated five management systems, involving financial management, information management, internal control management, office system management and performance management. Signed a responsibility with the department , signed the work objectives with the employees, decomposed the target tasks into the company's specific personnel, defined the responsibilities, decomposed the task contract, and implemented specific economic indicators and safety indicators to the individual. Company management is further standardized and clarified. Actively carry out project construction. A total of three large projects were implemented throughout the year, including research and demonstration of key technologies for cassava biomass energy industrialization, demonstration and promotion of cassava Guire No. 4 cultivation, and selection and application of new cassava variety 048, with an investment of 25 million yuan. . Entrusted by the hot work, the organization carried out the preliminary demonstration, project feasibility study and post-closing work of the three projects.

Despite a lot of achievements, due to the late establishment of the company, the relationship is still not smooth, there are still problems and problems that need to be solved.

First, the development of new business is not enough. Although we rely closely on scientific research units and growers to do our existing business, the company has a wide business field and a lot of room for development. Despite some work, there is no significant progress. .

Second, the exchanges and cooperation between the company and the international community are not wide enough. Many of the new varieties we develop and introduce each year are not planted and promoted, and the development of new varieties is not enough.

Third, the local cassava planting area is not enough, and new large planting families can be developed, and the planting area has room for further expansion.

Fourth, the company's marketing efforts are not enough. Now some areas in China, especially foreign countries, are not very familiar with our company, and have not established a complete company website and carried out various publicity activities.

Fifth, the staff's business level and technical level are not high, and further improvement is needed.

Second, 2019 work goals and main tasks
