The 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China established the important thinking of the "Three Represents" as the party's guiding ideology, determined the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way, and put forward the essence of "emancipating the mind, seeking truth from facts, and advancing with the times." The Fourth Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee also proposed to strengthen the party's ability to govern. All of this has pointed out the direction of progress for us and put forward higher requirements for party building. The town party committee organized the party members of the town to study the Party Constitution of the Communist Party of China, the Regulations on the Protection of the Rights of Party Members of the Communist Party of China, the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee, the spirit of the No. 1 archives of the Central Committee, rural policies and regulations, and practical techniques. Through study, everyone realized that the Chinese Communist Party is the vanguard of the Chinese working class, the vanguard of the Chinese people and the Chinese nation, the leading core of the socialism with Chinese characteristics, the development requirements of China's advanced productive forces, and the representative of China's advanced culture. The direction of progress represents the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the Chinese people. We must continue to uphold, mobilize positive factors and promote various tasks.

3. The evaluation of the work of the Party branch further clarified the work orientation and job responsibilities of each branch, affirmed the achievements, identified the gap, and promoted the work.

In conjunction with the development of grassroots activities under the leadership of thousands of cadres, the town party committee set up a special working group to effectively solve the hot issues in rural areas on the basis of carefully listening to and analyzing the status quo of each branch and party members. In the activity, the town collected a total of 32 questions and 26 have been resolved. Party members in the town, cadres do practical things, and the enthusiasm of the people to invest in labor and public welfare is high. Third, the existence of shortcomings and future efforts

3. The democratic evaluation of party members is arranged at the end of the year, and together with other work, the time schedule is too tight, affecting the effectiveness of the review.
