It implemented the optical cable burying and overhead engineering of 24 residential quarters including Plaza Apartment, Sunshine City, Litian Yindu Huafu, Gucheng Xindu, North American City Garden, and Kaifa Jinxiu City. The cable was buried 22 kilometers and the overhead cable was 24 Kilometers, installed and commissioned 30 optical receivers. There are 168 optical connections in urban areas. The optical fiber trunk line has been erected to the intersection, and some residential districts in the urban area have realized fiber-to-community, access to the building, and users. The second is to extend the network to the countryside and fully implement the “village to village” project. “Village-to-village” is a key project for the development of our bureau this year. At the beginning of the year, in accordance with the development requirements of the “village to village” of the Municipal Bureau, our station quickly organized special work classes, planned and formulated construction plans, and seized time to organize construction. As of December, a total of 30 administrative villages in the districts of Tangchi Town, Langjun Town and Dongmafang Office and the installation and construction tasks of users have been completed. In the whole year, the “Village Village” special class set up a total of 30 kilometers of optical cables, 110 optical junctions, 110 optical receivers, 1,000 users, and a revenue of 250,000 yuan. The cable TV network has gradually expanded. The third is to strengthen the regular maintenance and management of urban networks. A fixed network maintenance special class, set a special fault complaint reception phone, and receive user complaints 24 hours a day. The network maintenance implements a commitment system to ensure that "small faults are eliminated within 2 hours, and major faults are repaired within 12 hours." Regularly organize maintenance special classes to detect, debug and update the network, and repair large faults and sudden faults in time. This year's maintenance class has commissioned 2 main trunk lines, 4 trunk lines, 1700 maintenance faults, 59 user amplifiers and 37 trunk amplifiers. The fault complaint rate has dropped by 7% compared with the same period of last year.
2. Grasping safe broadcasts ensures the correct direction of public opinion. The safe broadcast of the program is a top political task for us. This year, based on its own responsibilities and superior security broadcast requirements, our station has developed corresponding broadcast management measures for the tasks of each computer room. The first is to strengthen the management of check-in personnel. Organize check-in personnel to carry out safety knowledge learning and equipment room use and operation procedure skills training. Enhance the safety awareness and work ability of employees. Responsibility system for program broadcast. Adhere to the 24-hour rotation system on a daily basis, carefully monitor the security warning information receiving system and the broadcast of various channels, and prevent people from entering the computer room. A signal backup source is enabled during sensitive periods to handle emergency situations. The second is to update and renovate the cable TV front-end equipment room. In March, according to the spirit of the SARFT's instructions on receiving the satellite TV signal of Zhongxing 9 as the backup source of the program, the technical personnel were fully debugged to the satellite receiving facilities in the front-end computer room, and a full set of backup program signal source equipment was installed. In June, the city council was assisted in the transformation of the 315kv dual-circuit power room, which effectively guaranteed the safe transmission of daily programs and the live broadcast of major events at the central, provincial and municipal levels. The third is to develop a safety emergency plan. According to different periods, the safety emergency plan was formulated in time, and an emergency detachment was set up to deal with emergencies at any time. During important meetings and holidays, the safety emergency plan was quickly launched to enable all employees to participate in the preservation of the entire transmission, providing a correct public opinion orientation for the economic and social development of the city.
3. Grasping the development of broadband services and taking the first step in developing network value-added services. At present, it is an important way for the development of the network to carry out value-added services on the cable TV network, maximize the advantages of network resources, and participate in industry competition. In April, in the activities of studying and practicing the scientific development concept, our Taiwan station further emancipated the mind, actively explored development ideas, and seized the frontier market. According to the development trend of cable TV network and market demand, carry out multi-party inspection and technical demonstration, use cable TV network coverage advantages, cooperate with China Unicom xx branch, develop Internet broadband service in urban area, and develop "Yingcheng Cable TV Station" The Broadband Internet Business Plan and technical solutions and operation plans, after the approval of the program report office, our station quickly selected equipment and procurement, and asked the technical staff of the factory to carry out equipment installation and commissioning and business training, and completed the front-end core data platform. The development of broadband services has broken through the existing single business model of our network, enhancing the network service function and industry competitiveness, and has taken the first step to success in developing network value-added services, and has become a new development in the network. 4. Grasping the team construction, the industry image has improved significantly. This year, our platform insisted on building the team as the foundation of the development of the cause, and strived to improve the ideological quality of the cadres and workers. In order to fully fulfill the target tasks assigned by the Municipal Bureau, at the beginning of the year, according to the work situation, our station implemented performance-related links to the charging department, the network transformation department, and the maintenance department, and gradually promoted to the technical department, the broadcasting department, and the office. At the same time, a supporting management system was formulated, and the management of the system was managed. 5. Grasping the income of the industry and making new breakthroughs in economic benefits. Economic efficiency is the cornerstone of the survival and development of cable TV, and the only choice for making the cable TV industry bigger and stronger. At the beginning of the year, according to the target task of “increasing income by 6.3 million yuan and striving to achieve 6.5 million yuan” issued by the Municipal Bureau, our station carried out layer by layer implementation and set off a climax. The first is to collect and collect video fees. Form a fee-based class, divided into two groups, responsible for the collection of collective and retail fees. And hire some temporary personnel to participate in the charges, forming competition and comparison. At the same time, the establishment of reward and punishment measures, the implementation of performance linkage, greatly improved the efficiency of charging and work enthusiasm. The monthly fee recovery rate is over 98%, and the total annual collection fee is 4.8 million yuan. The second is to focus on the development of users to generate income. In addition to high-quality and efficient service means, the company cooperates with the municipal administrative service center to attract users to install the network. This year, we will strive for a provincial network company with a project amount of 100,000 yuan and a profit of 200,000 yuan from the advertising center. In XX, our company achieved economic income of 6.65 million yuan through subscription fees, user development, advertising revenue generation and other means, and exceeded the target task of 350,000 yuan.
Second, the existing problems
1. Management work should be strengthened. In the work discipline, there are also phenomena such as being late for work, leaving early, colluding, and going out privately. These all reflect that a small number of employees are not responsible for their work, their own quality is not high, and their level of civilization is not enough, which affects work efficiency and affects the image of the unit. It needs to be learned and corrected in future work.
2. The quality of personnel needs to be improved. Some staff members are ideologically aware and have a weak sense of responsibility in their work. Do not love learning, not thinking about progress, greed for play and violations exist. In the future, we must vigorously strengthen the theoretical study and ideological education of the team and improve the overall quality of the team.
3. Professional and technical personnel are not enough. With the acceleration of the information age, the cable TV industry must hold its position and stand up to the forefront. It must be supported by professional technology. At present, our engineering and engineering talents are lacking, and the development of the Internet urgently requires professional and technical personnel. This year, our station organized two batches of personnel to go to the provincial school to conduct study and training according to the superior arrangement. However, the time was short and the number of people was small, and the effect was not obvious. In the future, efforts should be made to strengthen the cultivation and introduction of technical talents to meet the needs of career development.
