In theory, through the study of the Administrative Licensing Law, it has strengthened its understanding of the administration according to law; through the implementation of the spirit of the State Council's "Decision on Deepening Reform and Strict Land Management", it has further established the awareness of regulating land use and intensive land use. Through the understanding of the Municipal Government's "Implementation Opinions on the Current Situation of Land Use, Bidding, Auction, and Listing of Pilot Projects", the idea of land transfer work has been opened up.
In the work, XX years mainly did the following work:
1. Participate in the transactional and basic nature of the bidding and auction of the commercial land in the city.
Work, successful transfer and other 8 land, the transaction land area of 1130 acres, the transaction price of 1.72 billion yuan, to the city government to generate revenue of 527 million yuan.
2. According to the arrangement of the municipal government, participate in the regional renovation project, complete the acquisition of 4 state-owned land within the planned scope and the preparatory work for the remaining 13 state-owned land in accordance with the plan.
Third, participate in the second phase of the international airport expansion project, complete the acquisition of 1200 mu of collective land and the acquisition of four state-owned land on time, to ensure the smooth implementation of the airport expansion project.
4. Participated in the acquisition of 14 state-owned land such as parts factories.
5. Participate in the bankruptcy disposal of the factory, so that the employees of the enterprise can be properly resettled.
6. In accordance with the instructions of the leaders of the municipal bureau and the center, participate in the formulation of the operation plan for the operation of low- and medium-priced commercial housing in the city.
7. In accordance with the instructions of the leaders of the municipal bureau and the center, participate in the pilot work of the six current land use auctions in the city.
8. Participate in the handling of historical issues left over from operational land, and complete the acquisition and replacement of two 400-acre land involved in the center on time.
9. In November XX, three mortgage loans for government reserve land were completed on time, and a total of 120 million yuan was raised for the center.
