In ideological education, I did not drop the political and ideological study of each unit organization, do every time I take notes, and apply it to the reality of guiding my work. As a young man whose thoughts demand progress, at the beginning of this year, I submitted an application for membership. Although I am not a glorious Communist Party member, I must strictly demand myself with the standards of party members, consciously accept the help and supervision of party members and the public, strive to overcome my shortcomings and deficiencies, and strive for an early ideological and organizational Join the party. In business study, my university's major is not too much about financial and taxation. My first task is to step up to learn the knowledge that I need to use in my actual work. I pay close attention to every learning opportunity, and work hard to learn the various laws, laws, regulations and work procedures of the tax law and the collection and management law in the initial training and tax administrators' updated knowledge training, so as to lay a solid foundation for future work. In daily work, there are difficulties and tax rules that I don't understand. I am openly asking for advice from experienced colleagues. Only in this way can my quality and ability be continuously improved. In addition to my work, I also use all available time to learn from books. I not only carefully read newspapers and magazines such as China Tax News, China Tax, Tax Research, but also regularly consolidate the basic knowledge of taxation and tax law. Since I joined the work, the leaders and colleagues have given me a lot of political concerns, work help and care in life. I cherish this hard-won work and cherish this good working environment. At work, I try to ensure that all work is zero on hold, zero backlog, and zero mistakes. In the second half of last year, although there were no fixed jobs, I still carefully observed the work in each position and quickly understood the various tax-related businesses. At the beginning of this year, I transferred to the invoice sales position. During the half-year work, I completed the tasks assigned by the branches in time and quality, ensuring that there was no business error, and I was diligent in communicating with taxpayers to understand the taxpayer’s place.
