In October of XX, I transferred to the Shenhua Ningmei Group dimethyl ether project from the Shenhua Coal Direct Liquefaction Project and worked as a project control supervisor. After arriving at the scene, under the leadership of the director of the project, Cui Jinghua, after understanding the scope of supervision of the unit, I took the time to familiarize myself with the construction drawings and various related materials, and understood the status of the construction site in the shortest time, and quickly entered the daily work of supervision.

Because the progress of the project involves the significant interests of the owner and the contractor, it is the key to the smooth implementation of the contract. At the same time, it is also one of the main tasks in the supervision work "four control, two management and one coordination". Therefore, in the construction supervision work, I regard the balance between the project schedule and the actual project schedule as the key link for the control progress and project management. Only in the process of project implementation, pay close attention to the possible gap between the actual progress of the project and the progress of the project, and promptly urge the contractor to speed up the progress of the project to ensure that the project is completed according to the plan.

During the implementation of the project, I first carried out a professional analysis of the entire project, and established a monthly and ten-day progress control chart for the project sub-item to monitor the monthly and ten-day progress of the sub-project. The chart adopts a form that can intuitively reflect the actual progress of the project, such as the image progress chart, etc., and can grasp the gap between the actual progress of the various sub-projects and the plan at any time. When there is a gap, the supervision engineer's notice will be issued to the contractor in time, and the contractor will be required to take measures to speed up the construction progress. At the same time, the construction unit is required to provide relevant information for me to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the actual progress of the project. If the actual construction progress of the contractor does affect the completion date of the entire project, the contractor is required to adjust the construction progress plan to ensure that the project is successfully completed within the time limit specified in the contract.

Secondly, the network method is used to formulate the construction plan and control project progress, because the network method can make the process arrangement compact, easy to grasp the key, and ensure that the construction machinery, manpower, financial resources and time are all properly allocated and utilized. The contractor is formulating When planning the project schedule, it is very important to use the network method to determine the key lines of the project. In addition to asking the contractor to make a network plan, I use the network plan to check the progress of the project at any time.

When I completed the completion of each project to check the progress of the project, I recorded the actual construction time on the network map with different color numbers to compare and check with the plan. If the construction time of a certain project on the critical line is increased compared with the plan, this means that the whole construction period will be extended. At this time, the contractor is required to speed up the construction progress or increase the construction strength and shorten the construction time for the projects on the key lines in the future. Effective measures to bridge the gap between the progress of the project and the progress of the project, so that the progress of the project and the progress of the project are balanced. If the implementation time of a project on a critical line is shorter than the plan, this means that it is beneficial to shorten the construction period, and it can be negotiated with the owner according to the actual progress of the project and the needs of the project itself to determine whether the project needs to be completed ahead of time. Notify the contractor of the decision, no matter what the circumstances require the contractor to re-compile the network plan, and check whether the key line has changed, and make the construction plan after preparation.

The data clerk should receive the information submitted by the six construction units, and also submit the information of the supervision to the owner. The task is larger.

The engineering entity and the internal page information are very important links. After the data reflects the use of the materials in the project, whether the relevant requirements are met between the various processes, and whether the construction unit is constructed according to the construction drawings, etc., we promptly report to the director, The director responded on behalf of the company and urged the construction unit to step up the rectification and closure, and achieved the synchronization of the entity and the data. It was well received in the inspections of the owner group company and the second division of the project.

With the progress of work, self-continuous learning and patient guidance under the leadership, my work ability has been greatly improved.
