Therefore, I carefully prepare the lessons before each class, carefully study the teaching materials, carefully read the reference books, and carefully design the teaching process in light of the students' actual situation, never hitting “no preparations”. Teaching always strives to adopt methods that students are interested in, so that students can learn knowledge easily and happily. Before each class, we must produce teaching courseware to assist teaching, effectively stimulate students' interest in learning, and strive to improve the efficiency of classroom teaching. The knowledge of Chinese Pinyin is not only the basis for students to learn Chinese, but also the focus of learning Chinese. How to make students learn this seemingly boring knowledge vividly and well, and master it well. I often communicate with teachers in the same group and learn from them so that they can learn easily. At the same time, in the time of teaching Pinyin one and a half months before the start of school, I teach students according to their aptitude, encourage students to read extracurricular books every day, and mobilize parents to work with students to use various methods and ways, such as using children to practice cardinal exercises with cards. In order to let each child lay a solid foundation for Pinyin, I use each day of class and noon time to pass each student one by one and strengthen it.
Do a good job in writing training
Writing teaching is a difficult point in the first-year language teaching work. To make every student write a good word, the first grade is especially critical. Therefore, in the usual teaching work, I pay special attention to the requirements for students to write. First of all, let students write good words, as their language teacher, I pay more attention to their own in the classroom, to give students a good demonstration. Secondly, students are strictly required from the customary aspect.
