During the semester, the District Education Bureau carried out the “Guangshu Progressive Example” activities throughout the district, and our school also responded positively. Under the active advocacy of the school leaders, under the active efforts of the individual, the activities of the “Guangshu Progressive Small Model” in our class have also been carried out in full swing and have achieved good results.
I. Establishing the goal: There are 46 students in the class, and each student has its own distinct characteristics, so it is different. First of all, I asked the students to carefully observe the little friends around them, starting from the same table and before and after, and then to the whole class to see which aspects of the performance are better, worthy of your study, who will be the target of their own pursuit, It is also the goal of hard work. Children are limited by age, and the goal is easy to “fake big and empty”. They always like to align themselves with their goals far away from themselves, so that they are easy to go astray – if the catch-up effect is not obvious in the short term, they will be discouraged or even give up. In order to prevent similar things from happening, I will help students to look at themselves correctly, not only to see their own advantages, but also to see their own shortcomings. Then, from a small point of view, formulate short-term, practical and effective development. Goal, work towards the goal. The self-confidence and enthusiasm of the students can be effectively mobilized by looking at the fruits that can be reached by jumping or jumping.
Second, the lack of search: children are limited by age, self-control is relatively weak, so daily performance is often repetitive. Maybe yesterday was a good performance. Today is like changing a person; maybe I just got the teacher’s praise, and now I am proud of forgetting the shape. In this way, the child's performance of himself cannot be treated correctly, and he often feels that he is useless. So, let me first ask students to make a deficiency with each other in groups. This deficiency can be big or small. Then, based on the students’ suggestions, I combine the characteristics of each student and point out the shortcomings and establish goals one by one. Encourage students to strictly demand themselves and strive to improve in the short term. Students have found a foothold, have directions and goals, and have a guide to action.
Third, the development of measures: In view of the age characteristics of students, I and they have established measures to catch up with the target.
1. Self-requirement and education. Usually pay attention to your own words or actions, and if they do not meet their development goals, correct them in time.
2, peers help each other. The same table and front and back are the closest partners, and they know the most about their daily performance. Therefore, it is very beneficial for their peers to remind each other and urge them to achieve their own growth and goals.
3. I have an appointment with the teacher. In class and under class, I pay attention to observing the performance of students. Once someone has a rush, I use a silent language - eyes - to suggest meaningfully to stop the further development of their bad behavior. This is an agreement between me and the students. It is a praise or a criticism to understand the teacher's eyes. Believe in the teacher, the teacher has only one purpose - to help you achieve your goals.
In the process of making progress towards the goal, sometimes the performance of the children is really not satisfactory, but I am not discouraged, because the children are children after all, if they can be strictly self-disciplined, they are not children. Every week, I will use the form of class meetings to carry out special events, lead students to meet their goals in the heart, and look to the examples around them, and strive to make progress every day.
Whether it is finding the insufficiency, establishing the goal, or making measures and self-evaluation, I will help each child analyze, formulate, and then formulate one by one. For the children's little progress, I look at it, remember it, and then praise and encourage it, so that children can see the progress of others, see their progress, and feel their progress. Then, work hard toward the goals set by yourself.
After a period of hard work and implementation, the performance of our class students has changed a lot. The teacher of the class said that they have recently changed their minds like a group of people. They are eager to learn, obedience, and progressed. I listened to my ears, looked in my eyes, and enjoyed myself. At the same time, don't forget to share the joy of their growth and progress with the children.
“Guangshu's Progressive Model” is a good activity that can effectively motivate students to progress. However, the development and popularization of this activity is a long and gradual process, which can be said to be a long-term and a heavy task for teachers and students. But I am willing to work with the students to help them develop their strengths and avoid weaknesses and move toward their goals and step by step.
